“We were in town to see a movie and decided to stop here and see if they had a few things I was going to grab tomorrow at my local Lowe’s. Conveniently not only did they have what I needed, but the shopping experience was far better than that of our local Lowe’s. There were plenty of associates HAPPY to help ! MORE than enough checkouts open! A good selection, well organized store , and very clean. A lot of parking and curb side pickup. Honestly wish we lived closer as this would be my go to option for DIY projects , this stop saved me time and my sanity that I would have otherwise lost going to the Lowe’s nearby our house.”

“The 5 stars are for Phil in Windows & Doors at the Fenton, Mo store. Phil helped my wife & I today with several items (spent $555.00) in multiple departments none of which were Windows & Doors. I know he saved us at least an hour if not more time in the store. If Lowes had him training they would have more 'on the ball' employees. Home Depot & Menards would be wise to hire him away and put him in charge. Thanks Phil!”
“Almost every worker I passed by today said hi and was very friendly. (It did help that I had my dog with me :) however, they were very kind and respectful of my dog who is still learning how to interact with the general public. My dog got a few treats. Chatted with a worker named Alicia who was very sweet and made me feel welcome. Thankful for kind people!”
“The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
“Truly, I am not joking when I say that menards is one of my top reasons for living in the Midwest. At this specific one, sometimes it's a bit hard to find somebody to help you, but not unreasonably so. Also, I really appreciate that menards stays out of politics unlike home depot.”

“I was in the garden center the morning of Friday May 24th. I wish I would have gotten the name of the women who was working as cashier. She was an absolute delight. She was chatting away with customers, while answering questions, and even cheering on the young men who were helping to load up. She seriously should be the manager. What an asset.”
“Julie (?) helped us in the paint department, and she deserves a RAISE! She was competent, knowledgable, honest, and extremely helpful. She not only helped us efficiently, but also several other customers simultaneously, and had a great personality to boot! Whatever you’re paying her isn’t enough!”
“2 associates in the lumber section -- Tyler and Aaron -- went above and beyond helping me pick up some fence pickets today.
That said, one of the supervisors decided to interrupt them helping me to complain to one of them about how they're doing their job. It was a really disrespectful conversation and doing so in front of a customer makes it even worse. It was weird and I felt bad for the associates.”
“Earlier this week I woke up to every breastfeeding mom’s nightmare… a fridge going out with over 200 ounces of breastmilk inside of it!! Luckily we were able to get the milk to a deep freeze in time so that my hard work stashing extra milk wouldn’t go to waste. Then I called Kim Zimmer and she worked hard to help me find a new fridge that I would love. She made sure it got to me ASAP so I would have somewhere safe to store my sons extra milk! I definitely recommend Kim at Autco for all of your appliance needs!!”

Well my fridge went out and not only did you bring it the next day, but the delivery company, called “rocket delivery LLC”, provided service that was unbelievably efficient , and the driver, Sway Cruz, was the epitome of “professional”.

“I love Menards, they don’t have it in Alabama so I come every time I visit my daughter in St. Louis. I always find whatever I need. The staff is very helpful. One request is to get more than two mobility scooters. The populist is getting old. I had to not go to one two days ago because they only had one scooter and a lady literally came in after me and took it in front of me. Those of us that need it really need it.”
