“This review is for Susan specifically. I came in one night a few weeks ago with a SIM failure. It was 45 minutes to close and there were 3 people in front of me. I watched Susan handle the people in front of me with nothing but patience, kindness and helpfulness. She made me feel comfortable while I waited and she happily helped me when it was my turn. “Stopped in to check on getting a hot-spot device, because for the past 3 weeks our t-mobile home internet has not been working as it should . Thomas spent the time with me explaining how everything works while waiting for it to download! You can tell he is really passionate about helping the customers! You should have a Thomas at every store, alot of people have no idea about how to manage the phone! “Been working here for a really long time. Best cable tech company around STL area. Main reason it gets a bad wrap is because of the actual company that gives us work, I’m sure you know who I’m talking about.If people knew how to work efficiently and quit whining, this job is child’s play.Cable isn’t for everyone. You have to be sharp, agile, hard working, and have a plan.If you just want to come and get a paycheck and leave, this job isn’t for you.Any skilled job requires patience, training, ability to learn and communicate.”

“I came in 09/18/23... it was 11am....there was just the one female employee in the store... And I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE. Usually, in the past, I'm greeted with "please sign in, wait an hour, give us your password and verify... how can we help? oh sure let us look at it, come back in 2 hours..." BUT NOT TODAY MY FRIENDS!!! She immediately took me, just asked why i was visiting today, AND NOTHING ELSE! Thank god. I wasn't in the mood to jump through hoops.... and the problem was my charging port had a large piece of plastic that had lodged in my phone port from peeling from my phone's plastic laminate, preventing it from charging. She removed it, within 2 minutes of me handing her my phone. She fixed it, and verified it would charge. I was on my way in under 15 minutes total!!! I didn't ask for her name, but she saved my week, and did it quickly with NO HASSLE. I'll continue using T-mobile as my carrier, and I appreciated the no hassle service I recieved today, for once, that was a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Thank you, and thank your employee for me. I am truly grateful for that experience. Thank you.I'm glad you're finally treating your customers as customers.Thank you again.”

“This long overdue ( 11-12 days ) review is for the excellent work Jackie provided for my Dad & I . She was the best person we have ever met and been helped by from wireless retail stores . First of all she very patiently stayed after the store closed and worked all the way for 3 + additional hours . We each ported our numbers along with activating new devices . Within the time she provided kind and super awesome customer service ( including during the moments my Dad & I were having some personal spats arguing with each other ) .Also her family were very nice and really pleasant as well . They on their personal waited for their Wife and Mom to help us .We came there in the late evening and this was near before Halloween . Jackie made the store really fun and had some of the coolest decorations I've ever experienced in wireless retail stores . If I owned this store I'd be so lucky to have her working .”

“We've been using for a few years to provide data to access remote security cameras. We had poor connection speeds with a different phone/data provider in a remote area and Brown Dog was able to provide a connection that has been reliable and effective. We've expanded to other locations and have a third pending. It's an economical solution especially if you aren't trying to connect to a traditional home or office space. Customer service has been great, never had an issue in the years we've been a client.”

“I don't understand all of these bad reviews! I am incredibly impressed by this store's customer service skills.While I was in there, there was an irate customer that started insulting them and they asked him to leave, which was completely reasonable. He was also yelling on the phone, etc. Everyone handled everything perfectly.After that person left, the person who helped me was incredibly patient, even though I was getting slightly frustrated at an issue that stemmed from a mistake made by an 'authorized retailer'. I also had issues understanding a few things, but again, I was presented with patience; thank you.I asked for pen and paper to write out my thoughts and he gladly helped out. We initially started working together on the front bench, I asked him to move to a desk and he moved us over there.After getting past the hurdle of why a mistake was made on my bill by the authorized retailer, we talked about the iPhone option upgrades that I came in to look at. After he gave his opinion, I did a little light research to solidify my decision. He did not try to oversell me and answered every question, despite me interrupting a few times. He told me to call customer care about the billing mistake the other store made, and when I got home, his word was the truth and Verizon make everything right.I walked out a happy customer and super thrilled to come into a well ran corporate store. Keep up the good work!”

“I came in and asked for advice on the apple 12 and helped extensively. I enjoyed my time here. I had no wait and no other guests were in the store on a Saturday. I came in a Friday evening at 5 pm and was helped immediately and met at the door. The manager helped me with access to my old Verizon account even though I had recently switched to another cell carrier. They were patient and helpful. Definitely come in you have questions, they will help you.”

“I love my spectrum mobile at $29 plus insurance. It’s nice to have the iPhone 12 Max Pro. I do periodically have internet issues since I moved. Got to thank you for being retired after between in-house and contracted or Independent Reseller. I need to retain that status again! My location on similar experiences via web, YouTube blogging or website could be informing customers of the awesome company has grown since being Charter Communications! If you have a problem just remember that it really depends whom you get the chance to speak with in any business for that matter. Thank them for their help and try again!
