(which was much simpler than the Boost associate told me) and Misty offered to fix in an hour. I was not able to wait but her assurance of a quick repair was appreciated. “Excellent service! I brought my phone in because my camera was blurry from the inside. They opened the phone and tried cleaning it, but then realized the camera itself was damaged due to internal debris.
Even though this wasn’t their fault at all, they went above and beyond. They ordered the replacement camera themselves, installed it, and only charged me for one labor. They were honest, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend this shop.”

Matt and Adam have helped me three separate times, and every time has been a true pleasure!
They have helped me with data recovery, iPod repair, and a Macbook setup and data transfer. Every visit, they have given me options and were transparent on the pricing. They never try to upsell or pressure me to choose a certain solution.

I explained we had attempted to charge her phone all day, but it kept draining the battery instead of charging it. The young man plugged it into several outlets initially and said it was charging that it must be her outlets at home. I'm like, no every outlets in her house can't be bad. I had to ask him could it possibly be the cord, I had to replace mine once. He then said we no longer carry those for that phone. He then got a light bulb moment and tried the wall block, indicating the wattage was not enough. Hurray, he solved my problem.”
