“I am writing to share my positive experience with Sound Room tech support. I bought a Marantz SR 5015 two years ago and the Sound Room team made the install and all was beautiful until about a week ago. For some unknown reason, the AirPlay function would drop ending my music entertainment. I called for tech support and the team of Mike S., Rob, Mike B., and Deann were all involved in trouble shooting my problem. As it turns out, the remanufactured iPad I used to play Apple Music was the problem. The team came to my home; reprogrammed my smart remote; and we updated all firmware on the receiver, iPad, and my iPhone. Problem solved. Everything works fine with the phone. Good-bye iPad. All is good now. 100% satisfied customer.”

“Bought a phone from Apple and wanted to use their credit card. Was told they only finance the big carriers. I considered looking into switching, but I am really happy with Cricket. To get my new phone to work, I had to go to a Cricket store. I walked into the store in High Ridge (Dillion Plaza) 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday and was greeted by Landon. I apologized to him for coming in last minute and he assured me it was no problem. He was very kind and got my phone up and running very quickly. The service I received from Landon has convinced me that I made the right choice sticking with Cricket.”

“I became aware of this company via insurance I purchased to cover all media devices I use to access DirecTV. My television's picture color wasn't balanced(I may be saying this incorrectly lol). I spoke with Steve and coordinated the pick up of my TV. When they returned it to me, not only had the picture color/quality been corrected, but there was also a scratch on my screen.......THEY FIXED THIS WITHOUT ME ASKING!!! The two gentlemen that returned my TV, were EXCEPTIONAL! Everyone that I encountered from start to finish, were professional, friendly and valued the service they provided.
