“Great experience at this UPS Store! Maria was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She may be one of the younger employees, but she was very knowledgeable and handled everything quickly and efficiently. She made the process easy, answered questions clearly, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Maria did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend this location!”
“No issues ever when I go here. I typically am only dropping off packages. The self-service option is convenient and quick whether you have a package pre-labeled or need to scan a QR code to print out a label. This is an underused service that people can use to shorten their visit, especially if it happensto be a busy time. If I have to go to the counter, the workers are always friendly and competent.”
“Our old mailbox damaged by hit and run driver. Contacted Mailbox HQ and they responded immediately. Communication with them was easy. They supplied parts we needed and came to our house to do the repair within a few days.
Repairman obviously took pride in his work. Mailbox now looks better than original! Price was very fair. Highly recommend Mailbox HQ!”

“I was provided inaccurate information regarding the fingerprinting service and arrived at the counter without all the documents I needed. The employee helpfully explained what I really needed and was patient as I grabbed additional documentation from my car. He helped me get set up on the machine. I had a package to send on top of this, and even though I failed to tape it or attach my pre-paid printout before dropping it off, he took it back with no complaint and provided me the receipt. Overall very quick and painless visit!”

“A nice UPS shipping location to use and conveniently located inside a Dierberg's grocery store. Staff was pleasant but this one is a bit out of the way for me so I'm not sure I will be a regular customer. Still, if you need to ship something via UPS and find yourself in the area this is a perfectly good place to accomplish that chore...and then go find something to feed the family for dinner.”
