She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. When I first ordered I was just taking a chance but, there was no problem and the merchandise was high quality and the prices were very competitive. I even purchased a few odds and ends that they suggest, so you make free shipping. I thought they would end up being gifts for people we really did not like, but, the stuff is great. “Went to Lululemon for Black Friday and I will say the quality is probably the best I have ever seen and felt from a clothing brand. The customer service was also very fast even though the place was PACKED with almost no room to move. The price is the only downside but the Black Friday sales were incredible, $128 pants for $59 and so many more deals. Will be shopping here again.”

“Marty is an icon of professionalism. I needed a new suit for my daughter's wedding. Marty helped me make my decision within minutes. He knew what type of suit I needed for the occasion, and after a few minutes of conversation, Marty had a sense for my taste. When I went to pick up the suite, it needed additional alterations for a proper fit. There was no problem- the suit was ready the next day. If you need a cheap suit, Sam Cavato's is definetly not your place. If you want an old school, locally owned buisness that will cater to you with quality, Sam Cavatos is your place. Marty told me he has worked there for nearly a hundred and fifty years. I have a feeling that if I have a problem with my suit a year from now, Marty will be the guy who will set things straight. By the way, second only to the groom, I was by far the best dressed man at the wedding! Thank You Sam Cavato!”

“This was the first time I have been to a Old Navy I always thought they were expensive but was told they have good deals so I decided to take my toddler granddaughter here. The experience was very nice, greeted at the door and the store was well organized and the people and customers were so nice. My granddaughter brought here own little cart to push and shop with she is 2 1/2 and I was teaching her how to shop. There really wasn't a huge selection of 24 months 2T clothing but we did find some cute jeans and sweaters for her, all the signs said 50% off and so I had put 3 jeans two sweaters and a jacket in her little cart. At checkout, it didn't ring up as 50% off however the wonderful lady was so helpful, she told me about the member program which is a credit card and could get more deals. I didn't want another credit card but she was super helpful and understanding so she made the experience so much nicer. I will shop here again mainly because of her, I wish I got her name because she was amazing.”
