βI never write reviews but really felt I needed to write this one. We have to drive 50 miles to this UPS store to return any thing we order from Amazon. This is probably my 6th trip in 6 months. I have always had excellent service no matter how busy they are. They have to hold my hand it seems for every return. They are so nice and always seem willing to help and help me to learn. What a joy to go into this store! Wish every store I shopped was like this. Drew you are the Greatest.β
βI will NEVER shop at Home Depot or Loweβs again unless Iβm forced to for some reason. Schnars has 10/10 customer service. Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because Iβve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.β

βVery friendly staff, located inside of the Dierbergβs Warson Woods location. Smaller than most UPS locations but still offer all of the same services. Open on Sundays too.β

βThe location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.β

βThe woman working today must have been having a bad day, because dang! What an impatient grouch. Thankfully the man working had a better temperament. I was quite surprised with this cantankerous woman, as the staff here has historically been awesome. I hope whatever is going on in her life gets resolved. To the rest of the crew, keep up the good work!β
βThis UPS location is great. I'd been there before and had good experiences. Yesterday I went in with about a dozen similar rugs to return to Amazon. It was very confusing mess with emails, return labels, rug descriptions. The female employee was very patient and helpful. When we left, most people would have said good riddens, but she said to come back for help anytime.β
βI was having a really hard time getting my documents to print using the retrieval code. The team was very kind, tried to troubleshoot, and (once the documents were deemed cursed) helped me print them. Thank you for your patience and making a frustrating experience much better!β
βBeth and Kayla were awesome. I was having a problem with the shipping label to return an item to a certain company and Beth and Kayla were most empathetic, helpful, patient, and efficient in guiding me through my situation. Please reward these ladies for their excellent service! They were most conscientious and concerned in help fixing my dilemma.β

βRene took extra time and solved a problem I was having with printing a packing slip and mailing label for a shipment, when my own printer was not working. She was very patient with me and very understanding of my lack of skill with a smartphone.β
βEveryone at this store is so kind and helpful, Emily is especially great! Great service here always! They really go above and beyond to be helpful. I was shipping a package but waiting to hear if the recipient wanted to pay for overnight or not, Emily offered to hold the package for me and I could just call and pay over the phone, so I wouldnβt have to stand around waiting for the recipient to reply to me. I really appreciated that gesture!β
βJordan deserve a raise! Great customer service and he genuinely cares about his customers. I was about to buy an envelope, but he stopped me and let me know that the shipping label that I have comes with an envelope and helped me pack it up as well. Helping his customer saving few bucks. Friendly, honest, and genuine.β
βI know there are many UPS stores but the one on Clarkson Road is amazing the people are so friendly and fast and if you wanna have a quick conversation to open to having one too. They're very reliable and I enjoy going in there with practice all the time and then make sure I get a receipt every time. I recommend this UPS store to anybody in the area!β
βAs I entered FedEx, I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped.
The young man was very helpful, explaining what would need to be done, and actually taking care of the process for me.

βThey have the best customer service here. They always go the extra mile to help. I also love that they offer my daughter a sticker when she comes in and let's her pick a piece of candy from the mailbox. It is a lifesaver when preschoolers 'look forward' to running errands!β
