“Shannon D. (What the receipt said!) is so sweet. We came and visited from Iowa to see my grandmother who lives in Manchester. She helped my husband apply for a card that he was approved for and she was our cashier every time we came back (I love this store!!) over the 3 days we were in town. She remembered us, made us feel so welcomed and had the nicest smile. She is very good at her job as well. We will definitely be coming back to this location whenever we are in town!!!”

“Highly recommend Mia Grace!! I had went to a few stores before coming here and the other places did not compare to the selection here! Kelly was my bridal consultant and she was fantastic!! She listened to me and pulled dresses that marked all my boxes! Once I found the one, their team was able to give me additional information about colors and other adjustments that can be made to the dress by the manufacturer. I was super impressed with how organized their team worked together. Don’t waste your time at others stores because you’re not going to find any store better!!”

“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!”
“Ben is nothing short of the finest clothier I've ever worked with, not to mention an absolute gentleman. He never pushes. He never wheedles. He never tries to talk me into something I really don't want. Rather he helps me find the suit I want, and helps me avoid the pitfalls of buying something that looks good in a small square but on me would look clownish. He has excellent taste in his own wardrobe, but he sets that aside because we've spent enough time together that he actually understands my aesthetic and knows what kind of look *I* want to achieve...not the kind of look he wants.Every single item of clothing I've bought with Ben's direction is a garment I'm proud to be seen in.
Now...take all of that and add in that he will come to your home or office to take initial measurements, to do an incremental fitting, and even deliver the finished garments. He has become a trusted friend and advisor. If I look good at all in my wardrobe, it's because Ben made me look good.
Also...gents...if you've never bought a custom fit dress-shirt...just try one. They're a little on the spendy side for me, but once you own one, it's all you'll ever buy.”
“Ok so my first visit was amazing it was just my son and I that went in. My son is special needs he is high functioning autistic and has adhd. He don’t warm up to people easy, however Christa and him just clicked she got him excited to help her help him find me uniforms they talked and laughed and she made it so stress free for me to get my uniforms (going to a store is never easy for me) He then met Jill and he liked her a lot too the three of them talked and joked while I tried things on. Christa and Jill are amazing to deal with It’s nice to have understanding and they were so compassionate and tried to take a little off me while I was shopping. Now my next visit neither of the girls were there when I came in with my son a lady named Lisa was she had absolutely no patience with my son what so ever she was rude and kept getting on to him and slightly raising her voice telling him he shouldn’t be doing that and all he was doing was looking at the scrubs to help me! She has no customer service skills what so ever, and needs to learn not to act like she is the mom to customers kids!! From Now on when I need something if I pull up and don’t see Christa or Jill I will not patronize the store any longer , seeing how my son was such an issue with Lisa and what’s crazy I was told she is the store manager I wld love to know how she got that job because it’s definitely not her social skills, personality, patience, or customer service”
“The Cat’s Meow is my go-to place for personalized gifts, especially baby gifts. The quality is fantastic and the turnaround time is amazing. And while I’m there shopping for gifts I always manage to find something for myself from their great assortment of women’s clothes. I love buying things there because the quantities are limited and you don’t see people wearing your outfits everywhere you go.”
“Went to Dickey Bubs for a specific hat but couldn’t find it and Jenny K. went out of her way to look through all the hats and wasn’t able to find it.So she notified us that they are ordering more next week and that she could order from another store to get the hat we wanted.Most helpful employee ever, nobody goes out of their way to do stuff like that anymore.Give her a raise or something.”

“This store is absolutely incredible! As a plus size woman I have had horrible experiences at other Clothes Mentors. This place has never failed me. Always warm and welcoming! I said I'd order online and pick up in-store, saw they did shipping, I forgot who I spoke to but they called to confirm that I did want them shipped! I haven't always found a lot there but theres always at least 1 item I leave with. Try to stop by sometime they are fair on prices and tend to have great deals on everything! ??

“This is hands down the best workout I have ever done. I’m headed to my 1,500 class and it continues to challenge me. Classes range for stretch to cardio, something for everybody. The teachers are all awesome! They answer my questions and correct my form, it’s like a personal trainer for free! The community is wonderful as well. Join us!!”

“I have never been fitted for a bra. I recently lost 40 pounds, and my bras just did not fit anymore. I always thought I was a C cup. When they measured me, they said I was a 34D. D? No way I could be a D especially since I lost weight. The saleslady found me 3 different styles. I wanted no lining. But wanted underwire to give a little lift. I am 70. The lady in dressing room who helped me was awesome. I don't remember her name, older, attractive, slim, shorter woman. She constantly checked on me, got me more bras and checked the fit on me. Her and I both liked the fit and look of the one I chose. A size 34DD. How is that possible? But they fit. I believe I was probably wearing wrong size bra all my life. I ended up buying 3 of the same bra, different colors. They had half off sale and I was a first time customer. So I got 3 bras for 70.00. Can't beat that. She said like all clothing, depending on style, the cup size could be up or down a bit, don't fret over the size. Return policy, even if I wash the bra and it is still not comfortable, I can bring them back. It was a fantastic bra shopping experience. I was actually headed to Victoria Secrets when I came upon Soma, the half off sale drew me in, and I am pleased so far with my purchase. I will see in the coming days if these bras truly are a keeper. I then went to Macys, I like Maidenform too so I bought 2 bras there with a little fiberfill. I tried on 34D and they fit perfect. And they were on sale too. So the lady at Soma was spot on in picking my size. I will definitely return. It is rare to find such great service. I shopped on Saturday, August 16th around 12:00 pm”

“As someone who spent a decade managing 50 retail employees and 12 store managers, I was absolutely blown away by Haley’s customer service. She was so friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her.
