“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. I was told the bike was eligible to trade in. Went to trade it in today and was told they will not take it without training wheels. It was a used bike so didn’t come with training wheels they finally admitted, then told me that it’s not eligible for trade in because it was used. I had no idea it was used it looked brand new. It was discounted, and the salesmen told me it might be a return. They also told me the bike was definitely eligible for the trade in policy at REI. I believed him and didn’t question it because even with discount the bike cost over $200. $200 and this was the second bike we bought so of course I thought everything would go smoothly again. Over $300 I spent on bikes there and they won’t honor the trade in. Even if it had been new, they wont take it without the training wheels. Who keeps training wheels for a year? Of course thats in the fine print. That is how they get you.”

They do have some Target pieces mixed in, the prices are too high for those. I bought a pair of Vineyard Vines shorts with the tags still on for $14, great value. Will definitely be back.”

“This is hands down the best workout I have ever done. I’m headed to my 1,500 class and it continues to challenge me. Classes range for stretch to cardio, something for everybody. The teachers are all awesome! They answer my questions and correct my form, it’s like a personal trainer for free! The community is wonderful as well. Join us!!”

The customer service was also very fast even though the place was PACKED with almost no room to move. She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her.
