“One of the main bolts on my wheelchair came out and I couldn’t use it all. My friend recommended I bring it here as someone would help me fix it, she was right! They took a look at the wheelchair, found the bolt it needed, and fixed it for me! All for 80 cents! Could you imagine how expensive that would be if I found a repair place? Love this place. They are so great.”

“Seamless ordering and delivery service. I recently purchased a Flex Die Grinder. Beaver Industrial Supply price was a bit better, $20 lower than most online tool shops. Website was clean so ordering the tool was simple. I immediately received confirmation of order. The next day, I received an email that it shipped and email included the tracking information. The tool arrived 1 week from ordering. Nice!!! Packaging was done right - solid box overpack with bubblewrap inside. The tool packaging was prestine and completely sealed by Flex Tool Manufacturing - not opened before... Die Grinder was in perfect shape and works perfectly. This was a perfect order, ship and delivery experience.”

“Owner let me bring in my foster puppy for some socializing and key making. They were super fast and cheap to make my key, Cash only! Had a big wood burning stove in the shop which was nice to stand around and yap. No complaints wonderful for what we needed!”

Let me start by saying I was kind of nervous going into the store because I’ve been to niche stores that are not very approachable towards beginners because of the knowledge gap. Luckily that was the exact opposite experience I had when I visited. Thomas helped me out, answered all my questions, help me select all the right tools and seemed genuinely and deeply interesting in woodworking. As a result my experience benefited because of he was extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable and funny during our interaction. I can’t wait to go back and get more toys.”

“Was looking for a gasket that would fit on the end of a 1910 bathtub waste tube. They initially said that there was nothing like that in the store but before I walked out they stopped me and said well let's look at what we might have. Found something that worked had to be a little creative with it but they put in the effort and solved my problem.”
“I will NEVER shop at Home Depot or Lowe’s again unless I’m forced to for some reason. Schnars has 10/10 customer service. Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”

“Most helpful, knowledgeable hardware store I have ever experienced. Shop there all the time and have been doing so for years. I can get in and out in a matter of a few minutes. Contrast that to big box stores where you can get your daily walking requirement in before you find what you need or before you can talk to an employee. And most big box employees are not very knowledgeable.”

“I went to Harbor Freight store -Chippewa Store: I am a business owner and I frequent the store...today was the 1st time I ever had a issue. I purchased two car jacks that were on sale the cashier was very nice, she told the manager that she needed them and he told her that they were heavy why didn't I grab them? He paused for a while 3 to 5 minutes then he went to the back and put both jacks on a dolly...he bought it to the register and just left it there...he did not help me, put them in the truck he just walked away....He was not friendly or helpful and he was very rude...I don't know why but his actions, made me never want to come in your stores again...I loaded my jacks myself and I left..Time 9:30 am 04-20-26”

“Everyone here was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in. I didn't know exactly what I needed for repairs on some older homes and was able to show them pictures from which they immediately were able to help from. Instead of upselling me full bundles they looked for open packages to help on cost savings. Very knowledgeable and you can tell why they've been in business so long. Every employee was great to interact with! Highly recommend for any projects involving their materials.”

“Just Around The Corner Wood Floors made the experience so much easier. Wayne Brooks did an excellent job consulting and educating me about the process and dividing the work into two different sections so it would be the least disruptive in my life. Mark, David, Jake, Brian, Dave, Ryan, Todd, and Jacob all worked on the floors for many days. Some of the wood panels had to be replaced. The workers went above and beyond , even putting out food and water for my pets because they knew I wouldn’t be there in the early morning. I would definitely hire them for work in the future!”
