Once we got back to the shop he showed me exactly what he thought was wrong, and ended up finding the root cause elsewhere and was able to fix it the same day.I came there for what I thought was one problem, but it turns out it was something else. “I went in for a new battery because mine was horribly corroded and unfortunately when they were taking my battery off they discovered that the connector to my battery ( I don't have any idea what it's actually called) was corroded through as well. The auto-center manager Michael showed me the issue and actually drove to the dealership to get the part I needed because O'Reilly wouldn't be able to get it in until Friday. On top of all of that they did not charge me for the part even though the part was clearly damaged when I brought it in. Everyone was nice and helpful and I'll be bringing me car here from now on.”
