“Mitchem on S. Campbell did so good with my car's ac. It's been out for 3 years, and I didn't think I would be able to afford to get it fixed. However after talking to JoJo, he broke it down for me and convinced me to bring my car in. He did such a good job on it for me. Everyone there was so nice and easy to talk to, and the waiting area was clean and peaceful. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future. I highly recommend Mitchem.”

“The team at jiffy lube looked at my right rear tire that was showing under inflation and they identified it had been punctured by a screw. Rather than try to sell me a tire they patched it successfully and sent me on my way with a minor charge. They were fast friendly and fair”
“Clear communication from the moment I called. A clear diagnostic explained and a reset of my entertainment system solved the problem. Most people I called would not do anything 'screen' related, they were happy to help. There is a diagnostic fee, however their help and courtesy drive to my home was worth it!”

“The service was quick and the staff was very kind. I was a little alarmed when they recommended that I replace my windshield wipers, considering I had them replaced a week and a half ago, so I of course declined their other “recommended services”.”

Their prices, in my opinion, are less than their competition. If you don't think so, make a few phone calls to other auto repair shops. Wells has been in business for 58yrs. That should tell you something.”

“They have a great website and reviews. When you get there in person they tell you upfront they don't work on vehicles over 20 yrs old. Seems like something you could put on the website and save people a trip.”
