“I woke up today 2/11. And googled and grateful a good and reasonable place to get a new headlight bulb put in. Googled suggested O'Reilly's. Got there about 845am. And I hate that I forgot the nice mans name, but he was at the register. He showed me the bulbs available and prices. They only had one out of the cheaper ones. He went behind the counter and found me another. After I paid he put them both in. It was cold, I felt bad. But he was awesome and I appreciated him so much. ☺️”

“This store has amazing customer service. I reached out to them over the phone 1st, I told the person over the phone what I needed she checked for the item and found exactly what I needed(otp service was a 10). I gave her a time when I would be in to purchase and the item was waiting on me when I entered the store. The sales person immediately asked did I need help and was very polite and professional. “This is in my humble opinion the best place in St. Louis to get batteries. It's a bit of a maze to get to, however, the prices are very reasonable and the quality seems just as good as you can get at an auto parts store. It seems like they have everything you could hope for in stock. I've always had good service. This isn't really a retail location, so don't expect fancy floors and lighting. It's really just a warehouse of batteries.”

“Needed a battery for my key fob, guy was helpful. All they had was a six pack out, so I asked and he gave me a two pack which was cheaper. He also let me borrow a screwdriver to change the battery in my key fob, key fob worked afterwards, so it was pretty cool.”
“Within 10 seconds, I was asked if I needed help finding anything! These guys are very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about the battery bank setup I'm installing for a camper. The younger guy helped me load out these heavy batteries, and I didn't even have to ask. Would give 6 stars if I could!”
“I went in to get new wiper blades. The young man that assisted me was very polite and helpful. He changed the blades and engaged in brief but pleasant conversation. I moved here from NY a few months ago. We tip everyone. When I went to hand him a tip he didn't want to take it. I will definitely come back for future car needs.”

“The customer service was incredible. I locked my keys in the car near the store, and I went inside to see if I could purchase anything to help unlock my car. The store manager, Carlo, went above and beyond by driving a short distance to my car to use the in store locksmith tools they had to unlock my car, I was stunned by his generosity and service!”

Before he sold me parts he went out to see what the problem was, just to make sure I had the right parts. He even went above and beyond by writing a note for me to remember the details.”
“Went in one morning looking for a a swivel neck piece to open the hood on my car. Me being smart I brought a set, and not a single one fit. So I went back the next morning asked could I swoop out the set for the price I needed and just like that I got what needed and got the hood opened. The service was great they'll be my go to auto store.”
“They were about to close. I drove from South side to St Charles/270 because they were still open for a few. Long story short the gentleman working the counter actually researched a part I was looking for and even though they were closing,, even though the computer said 0 in stock and even though the nice army 10year vet doesn't normally work this store him and another guy working and being a huge help ended up with the part I needed for 1/2 the price of AutoZone which was closed. Well worth the trip and im happy with all around service. Thanks alot”
