“I have been banking here since it was Norbank and truth, the culture which made this a good bank then still exists. The merger was expertly managed, the excellent staff was kept on an rotated out with normal retirement or promotion. I do my business and personal banking here. There is no place better to bank in my opinion. The interest rates on savings accounts is a full decimal point higher than Us Bank. The bank is still locally owned, one of the few banking establishments that still are in KC. Yet they do have multiple locations in the city that make it more convenient then a stand alone bank.”

“My mom and I have been with them for years and they are amazing! Customer service is always a 10/10 and they are super helpful. The only thing I would complain about is the app, my mom and I have made separate accounts and they are showing up on both of our apps so we are able to see each other finances. Just a few bug fixes to the app and it’s a 5/5 stars for me <3”

“I don’t like how so many once convenient locations have closed . I joined years ago because of your longer hours and you were not closed on every holiday.That aside, this branch has great people , always happy to help me and super friendly doing it. My freaking window won’t roll down so I always go inside. It is always very clean and inviting with a bowl of candy usually full of good candy!I hope they will be there for a while.”
