“Mom and I had a few things that need to be done, girl at front counter did not know how the check to deposit work. Very dissatisfied with the services at front counter. At which point I needed to open a few more account. Ms Jacqueline, an agent that assisted with a few thing i had going on was very very nice to said the less. she not only assisted Mom with her checks but sign me up to open a few account with Merrill. After speaking with Ms Jacqueline, she made our day. Only some Front counter needs more TRAINING. Over all Ms Jacqueline needs to be or deserve to be recognized for her dedicate and committed Hard Work at BOA.”
