“I had a very good experience taking my truck to Dobbs Tire & Auto. From the moment I arrived, Colby got me checked in quickly and made sure I was taken care of. He was friendly, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process.
Tim did an exceptional job diagnosing the fuel leak and getting to the root of the problem. He was very quick to replace the fuel pump and get my truck back on the road. I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled without feeling rushed or like I was being left in the dark.
The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I was kept informed about what they found, what needed to be done, and the progress of the repair. Everything was quick, professional, and straightforward.

“This place has been my go to for auto care for around 35 -40 years. Was formerly a Shell station took over by Mark Milles. Great mechanics over the years friendly knowledgeable and treat everyone with respect. They can usually get you in an out on the same day. They work with you to try to minimize your costs. You can get all sorts of service from tires,batteries,brakes, transmission, oil changes, diagnostics, you name it they do it. Highly recommended.”

“I had to limp my car there because of a flat tire and they said they could take care of it, but didn’t have the one in stock wasn’t able to come back anytime soon to have the tire replaced so they went above and beyond and got me my tire that day and put it on and everything is great I would recommend this Dobbs above all others. They went above and beyond, and they couldn’t have been nicer and did an excellent service job.”

“Shout out to the staff at Dobbs on Tesson Ferry! I brought my car in first thing on a Monday because I hit a concrete wheel stop on the previous Saturday night. It sounded like I was dragging metal after the accident, so I didn't drive it anywhere else but the closest Dobbs. While I was busy trying to calculate how the repair was going to be paid for, I was surprised to be handed back the keys only a little time later. Turns out, I'd knocked off some plastic from the underside, and it wasn't necessary to keep it. So the Dobbs staff removed the torn part completely, and didn't charge me for labor! All good news! I'm ecstatic about their customer service, and plan to happily buy my next set of tires from them soon. Can't recommend Dobbs enough for their service! Thank you Dobbs!??”

They helped me get the car towed to them and within 2 hours got the car in and diagnosed It was taken care of and the next day I had my car back. Excellent service, great price, great warranty! “Bruce has countlessly gone above and beyond for me and always at a fair price. I just recently needed an alignment (which he doesn't do) and had him put on 2 new front tires and he took the time to align the vehicle to the best of his ability anyways without charging extra and never said anything about it. I just got the car back and it drove as straight as it gets which saved me almost $100. I've been going to him for a couple years now and wouldn't use anyone else in the jefferson county area unless it was somewhere he personally recommends for work he doesn't do. Very nice and respectful man on top of it.”
“Good things rarely come free. Fortunately the folks at CarSmart provide a free shuttle service on top of good work. There are few shops out there that provide clear communication (estimate and time). Not only does CarSmart provide clear communication, their work is phenomenal.
I will be coming back for all my car needs and highly recommend their service. Peak example a of Mom & Pop shop beating chains.”
