“I can't say enough great things about the staff here. I needed help scanning some documents and they took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend them!”
“My favorite place to ship my silly crochet projects. They always go above and beyond to get you a fair price. Thank you to the very kind staff for being patient and encouraging.”
“There is a black guy who works here and I wish I knew his name, but really is the epitome of excellent customer service. Probably OD’ing it, but the kid was raised right. His skillset in customer service will likely take him far in his career path, whatever that may be. Good hire FedEx.”
“I was able to call and talk to an actual real person at the store who answered my question. I had tried to call and talk to somebody online and I was even willing to wait in a queue to talk to a real person, but they have made it almost impossible to navigate the AI menu system in any way that brings you to a real person. When I finally was able to talk to a real person, they were unable to help me because I could not offer them any sort of transaction number, even though I went to a self print kiosk and had printed receipts with receipt numbers and authorization numbers.
This location is getting five stars because the gentleman who picked up was able to explain the whole thing in a few Short words, which none of the people online were able to do even when I was able to speak to them. I also just want to add that every person I spoke to online spoke English as a second language, and they did not speak it well enough for the conversation to be efficient and every single one of them repeated the same few openers multiple times, including “In regards to “ and multiple others that just confused the situation and made them sound like they were rehearsing lines rather than there for actual Customer Service. I greatly respect them for learning English as the second language, and how tough that may be, and I have no judgment in that regard, but The conversations were laborious and inefficient and post many misunderstandings. Their connections were also all very poor, and it was very hard to hear them, and that combined with accent and phrasing made it incredibly hard to tell what was happening. Again, five stars to this location because a real person picked up the phone right away and had a conversation with me that I could actually understand.”

“Quaint small town post office offering all your postal needs. ??? Front of lobby where locked p.o. boxes are located is open 24 hours. Main lobby hours with postal employee services are listed on the door (see photos). Have been here a few times and every postal worker has been pleasant, helpful, and efficient. Conveniently located one block west of Highway 79. There are a few regular and handicap parking spots available right out front of the building and plenty of street parking nearby. Wheelchair accessible.”
“I know the Postal Service gets a lot of bad rap but this location has wonderful people working here including the female supervisor up at the front desk. Everybody is really working hard here in a difficult time and a difficult environment, in which I think the St Peter's location is literally the best in the region!”
“I’m actually surprised at the rating for this post office. I have never once had a bad experience. I feel like the lines move as fast as they can. I never feel rushed when I don’t know what I’m doing. The lady that works the lobby for self service is amazingly helpful. Not to mention my postman Greg is the best.”
