I lost my sweet Mozzi a year ago, and Hillary knew how hard it was for me and my family. I would come in every time I was in town and she would let me just hold the puppies and sit with them. She knew I would be back whenever she had schnauzers again, but let me come in whenever I wanted. Eventually, she had a chocolate schnauzer with blue eyes that I immediately fell in love with. I was able to find my sweet Gravy at Puppy Stop. She cares so deeply for each and every one of her puppies. They are treated & loved so much and are so well behaved even at 6 weeks. I love coming into this establishment because I am always greeted with kindness when I walk in. I recommend Puppy Stop to ANYONE looking to find their new baby.

Petco
3936 Jr Prewitt Pkwy, Osage BeachI have a dove that is very picky about his food. Petco is 35 miles one way for me but they have my birds food. I'm so thankful for that at a decent price as well. Nice folks work there ready to answer any questions you might have also.

5298 Osage Beach Pkwy, Osage BeachI have never met Dr. Kunz. In my opinion she is a savior. Last night our dog got bit by a snake. We didn’t see it, but we were pretty sure it was a poisonous snake. She called and assisted us. She put us at ease. We will be switching vets. I don’t even know her, but she was so kind and reassuring.. Thank You!!!

4655 Osage Beach Pkwy, Osage BeachDierbergs is one of our local grocery chains in the St. Louis area, so I shop at several of their locations on a regular basis. My son even works for one near us. We find Dierbergs to be consistently superior to other chains, but I had never seen a Dierbergs like this one. We've vacationed at the lake many times over the years, but this was the first time I had been inside the Dierbergs Lake View location. Wow. First, there's the obvious. The view. They have an area upstairs where you can eat premade food that you purchase there, and enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. Try getting that at any other grocery store. They carry the regular things that you'd expect from a grocery store, but they also have a lot of high end items - seafood, cheeses you'd expect from a specialty store, and some very nice wine selections. Ultimately, it is a grocery store, so they have a wide variety of provisions. No matter how long you're staying in the area, you can find everything you could possibly need for your entire trip. We like to hit a store as soon as we arrive in town to pick up some breakfast options and snacks for our trip, and anything we may have forgotten to pack, and this place is perfect for that. It's also great if you want to put together a nice charcuterie with wine back at your rental.

Lake Billiards Sports Bar & Grill
4344 Osage Beach Pkwy Ste 2A, Osage BeachMy husband and I visited Lake Billiards for the first time yesterday. It is going to be the first of many visits. First, the food was really good. We tried the fried mushrooms and the jalapeño poppers for appetizers. Both were excellent. My husband also had a Reuben sandwich and said it was the best Reuben he’s had at the lake. We stayed for a few hours playing pool. There are several pool tables to choose from. They also have plenty of pool sticks and chalk. The bar is well stocked with both beer on tap as well as a good variety of other drinks. Finally, the staff was so friendly and the service was great. It was a great experience all around.

Dogwood Shelter (Lake Crabtree County Park)
1075 Runabout Dr, Osage BeachI love this shelter. I have been to others at the lake none are as friendly or as clean as this one. The selection of dogs is just great. When my dog passed I donated all her things to them and have sent them donations from their Amazon List, they were so loving and said when and if I am ready they will help find a new fur baby. Highly recommended, honesty and caring is everything.
