“Everyone in this post office is always so kind and helpful, but recently when my sons passport was lost in Arkansas the team really stepped up to the plate to help me get this found and delivered safely! Pam specifically was so kind, caring and passionate about helping me get the lost passport found and delivered. She continued to follow up with me throughout the process and today, I am THRILLED to report, the passport is home safe and sound! So grateful for Pam and the whole team for all their hard work in making this happen! Thank you all!”

“Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I was flying home from Kansas City on MLK Day and wanted to mail myself my toiletries that I didn’t want to fly home with because I didn’t feel like checking my bag at the airport. I walked in and was helped within 1 minute, gave the shipping address and my information, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes, probably closer to 5 minutes! It being so close to the airport was a welcome bonus!”
“Usually mail(got my mail, very late though)Comes by at 5 pm and I still haven’t got my package yet, it’s labeled as out for delivery and neither have my clothes nor ring came in the mail. Tried contacting a live agent and the robot said they can’t connect me to a representative…”

“David is super friendly. I love coming to this post office over the big one off post. It's usually busy during lunch time, but if you go before or after lunch there is never a wait (except for around Christmas obviously). Highly recommend this post office!”

This is the best UPS location that always has great customer service but Devon took it a step further the day he assisted me. Thank You!”

“Great full service FedEx run center. Had a very nice employee help me recently when dropping off packages. Can be a little crowded at times as it seems to be the only Fedex run one in the immediate area but you can trust that your packages will be in the system when you drop them off.”
“I would absolutely say that the supervisor of this location is a 5 out of 5 stars. Mark went out of his way to help me when our packages were not making it where they needed to be. He was helpful and courteous which can be difficult during this holiday season. The only reason this is a 4/5 star review is because unfortunately I had to have a supervisor help me because the packages weren't getting to me.”

Saves time and the hassle of rearranging my day for a package.Have shipped several items from this location. The packages are prepped and shipped without any issues.”
“I was told my package was supposed to arrive Wednesday by ragbag although dhl told me Thursday and it did just arrive Friday but the only thing I will complain about is the fact I never received a email telling me it arrived …. My package could have sat outside and been stolen”
