However, my experience with Enterprise was flawless! No complaints whatsoever—there were no unexpected charges for damages or any of the other problems that seemed common with other rental agencies. They made it easy by allowing me to check in online (cell phone) so I didn’t have to stand in line to pick up my rental. They even wanted to know how they could make it better. I rented the F150 4x4 and loved it. Enterprise is awesome!

“This is a fantastic Avis neighborhood rental location. It's really convenient, very clean and doesn't have airport surcharges or airport hassles so the price is always the best, and so easy for pickup and drop off. Our family rents from this location several times a year and Richard (the manager) always goes out of his way to meet our special requests. Because we prefer to drive cars with better gas mileage, he secures a sedan for us (which is not easy) and has probably saved us hundreds of dollars in fuel costs over the years. We get such great customer service from this convenient location that we wouldn't consider renting anyplace else.”

“We went to this location at the last minute when another local company had no cars to rent despite accepting our reservation. We got there right at closing time and the store was already locked and the agent was on the lot securing cars. He very pleasently reopened the office, fire the computers back up and took care of our reservation. Very friendly, polite and professional. “Because of my gold membership, all I had to do was walk into the lot, choose a vehicle and go on my way. When returning the vehicle, because I made sure the gas tank was full, I pulled up, unloaded my bags and went on my way. The only downside was the availability of vehicles. The only choice was several Nissan Sentras and one Toyota Corolla.”
“We were so happy with our service here. I had reserved a car from this location through AAA’s concierge services. We arrived to pick up our car when Budget opened and were helped immediately by the person working. We had reserved a sedan but when we arrived they said we could actually rent an SUV for only $15 more which we were thrilled about. They even let us go look at the two available SUV’s and pick which one we liked best. All in all, we were in and out within 10 minutes. Very impressed!”

“I had no problems with this rental car company. I booked it on Expedia while we were on the bus to get to the rental area. I booked a small electric car which they were out(this is great because I didn’t know I booked electric) they gave me a charger instead and I still paid $61. I paid with a debit card so there was a $200 deposit that was released to be a few days later.. no issues with my experience”

We had a two week rental DEN-ATL, but we had a window put through while we were in Nebraska. Avis advised us that we could replace the vehicle and MCI was the nearest large hub.
The exchange process was very efficient and all of the staff we dealt with were so lovely and couldn't do enough to help and make sure we were okay. Although we had not booked anything, they sourced us a like-for-like replacement. We were back on the road in no time at all. We didn’t have to pay a penny.
The initial vehicle was an Escalade and the replacement was a Suburban. Both vehicles were clean and in fantastic condition with low miles and nothing to make them obviously stand out as a rental/tourist other than the out of state plates.
This experience has made me an Avis customer for life.”
“We had a very positive experience with this location. The reviews would lead you to believe you'll encounter a nightmare, but, our experience with Jess was great. Drop off was also really easy. Terribly sorry for the few who've had negative experiences. That just wasn't our experience.”
