She was a rockstar. She had all my information, was so personable and knowledgeable. She was kind too, which is rare these days. She talked to the tow service for me and made all the arrangements. Darla was great too, very friendly. And also a shout out to the nice young man who helped me carry my valuables out of my car for me. It wasn’t even his position. I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. Gary is an artist and a perfectionist.My vehicle's color is "white crystal pearl tricoat," which further complicated the re-paint process by 3 extra steps because of the shiny speckles in the paint.
