“Great working with Tanner's! I emailed pictures of the damage and they emailed an estimate. Once they got the vehicle in person, they adjusted the estimate up slightly due to broken parts that they could not see in photos. They communicated efficiently about the repair work and timeline. When I picked the vehicle up, it was all put back together and looks great. The final price was less than the estimate as well. I don't like having to deal with broken vehicles, but when I do, I'm coming back to Tanner's.”

“I recently had my Tesla Model 3 protected and couldn’t be happier with the results. The shop performed a full body paint protection film (PPF) installation, installed Ceramic IR window tint on all windows including the glass roof, applied windshield protection film, and finished everything with a professional ceramic coating on the paint, wheels, glass, and trim. My car is currently at B street awaiting parts for repair, so technically I haven’t even seen their work yet, but I have already been so impressed with the customer service! From the minute I first contacted them, everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone has been so nice and informative. Another thing that really impressed me was the night I went to drop my car off, I was unaware that some bad weather was headed towards the shop. A nice man and woman working there were in the process of getting as many cars in the shop as they could fit but there was not enough space for mine. They helped me make arrangements to take my car home for the night to keep it in the garage to avoid hail damage and return the next morning. I just thought that was so kind and considerate of them looking out for me and my car. Thank you B Street for your amazing service. I can’t wait to see my car when it’s finished!”

“I took my Lexus RX350 to Bates Automotive because of all the great reviews I read online. A woman with no insurance (ugh!) hit my vehicle in a parking lot, so I was searching for reasonable estimates since I would be paying out of my own pocket (and didn't want a claim on my insurance).I'm so glad I found Bates! I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. Gary is an artist and a perfectionist.My vehicle's color is "white crystal pearl tricoat," which further complicated the re-paint process by 3 extra steps because of the shiny speckles in the paint.
