“I love living here! Debra, Gina, George and Ed are always very friendly and respectful. The houses are nice and spacious. If we have any maintenance request it's resolved quickly. There's also a playground and a splash pad in the community.”

“The manager at Coach House is extremely polite and helpful,he showed me several wonderful apartments and the price is definitely right.I bought a home instead, but if I wouldn't have, Coach House is most certainly where I would be living right now.I also met Brian, the maintenance man.Normally I wouldn't say anything because a maintenance man should know a little bit about everything, but that guy knew everything about everything lol and after speaking with him I was absolutely confident that any issue I would have had while living there would have been taken care of expediently and it would have been done correctly the first time.I was very impressed with the people and the place.”
