“I'm definitely giving them 5 stars they were very nice and knew exactly what the issue was with my hubby's trust the old alternator killed the new battery and we got a new alternator but the damage was done I never thought a bad alternator could kill a new battery anyway they were so nice to help him and give him a replacement battery and the guy George was really nice so was the other employees I told my hubby from now on we will come to this store from now on they are smart and they don't give you the run around saying I don't know or saying things that's not helpful I recommend anyone coming here they rock ????????”
“Great service even in the hot heat and the only one there. The Guy was very kind and patient. He put my battery in and recommended a cleaning kit that I needed and cleaned it for me. He asked if there was anything else that I needed.”
“I will say hands down the best customer service I have ever received as a female! Bob did not try to up sale me on anything talked to me like I knew what I was talking about even though I was a female and offered to help me switch out my battery before I could even ask since I am on a weight restriction due to work. I will continue to use this location just so I can have Bob as the person that helps me. I was in and out with in 15 mins including changing out my battery on my truck. I’m a military spouse and he helped me get the best deal. For any of my truck needs I will be visiting again this location because of Bob. You have a good worker there Bob will go above and beyond for anyone!”
“I had an issue with getting a battery hold on my car it was a horrible experience lol. But I went here to try and buy a new part and Dj came out and helped me get it on in a heartbeat. Super helpful amazing worker and he can help with other things too. This location has my business. The other employees were just as nice and helpful”
