“The store manager was beyond helpful. And. For it being Valentine's Day and my wife to be stressing she was more help than I could of asked for this woman deserves a raise or a bonus.
She was very kind, very helpful and was more than willing to jump in to change the battery. Which was not asked for or expected from her on our end. But to be ready to go like that speaks about her character. She took her time while I figured out how to get the battery out of a 2020 escape, and held the light for me as I worked. Giving my wife the time to just sit back and let me work. And again on Valentine's Day of all, for a woman says a lot.
Advanced Auto please do not just give Lindsey, your store manager on 350 highway in raytown prase. Give this woman more money, somehow someway. She is what customer service is all about.
