“This is a fantastic Avis neighborhood rental location. It's really convenient, very clean and doesn't have airport surcharges or airport hassles so the price is always the best, and so easy for pickup and drop off. Our family rents from this location several times a year and Richard (the manager) always goes out of his way to meet our special requests. Because we prefer to drive cars with better gas mileage, he secures a sedan for us (which is not easy) and has probably saved us hundreds of dollars in fuel costs over the years. We get such great customer service from this convenient location that we wouldn't consider renting anyplace else.”

“My new car got dented and I was so stressed about the entire process. Insurance paid for my rental but I was worried about extra out of pocket costs and the overall hassle of getting the car from the repair place which was in Belton. We were picked up, I dropped the car back at the repair place when it was over (thank you for not making me drive to Grandview!) And they called me to let me know everything was done and perfect and my deposit would be refunded. Dahlia (not sure if that's the correct spelling) was outstanding in her customer service. “10/10 recommend the Grand St/Downtown KCMO Enterprise. They are friendly and provide top notch service. I was having my car repaired down the road and they offered shuttle services and everything. I got a thorough introduction to my vehicle and features and they were flexible when my repair schedule changed.”
“Great staff and about as good as a neighborhood Budget location can be. Clean, newer cars. They were very helpful in getting an issue resolved quickly that the corporate customer service offered no help or explanation on.
I do not recommend Budget as my first choice in a rental company due to there “mystery fees” that always are charged after the rental is completed, but I highly recommend this location!”

“This has got to be one of the busiest Hertz stores ever, very high volume because of the location. It's difficult to get someone to answer the phone at times because they are so busy. But when they do, Mike and Olivier have always been quick to assist and process the rental. They allowed me to extend my rental based on the initial rate charged to my insurance company. My car was stolen/totaled and I needed a rental until I got another one. The rate was cheaper than other Hertz stores I contacted. I wouldn't highly recommend this store, but be patient with them if it's on a very busy day.”
“The vehicle I rented was clean and ready to go. Fast and easy pick up and return and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using this location for future rentals.”
