“Want to make sure Jordyn gets some kudos. I managed to lose my key, making everything a lot more difficult. Jordyn very easily could have left it my problem, but she helped me through what I needed to do, and always with a friendly and warm demeanor. She even followed up to confirm everything was as it should be and I'm taken care of. I've heard some absolute horror stories about Enterprise, but legitimately don't see how those stories could come from a location with such awesome staff. Thanks Jordyn!”
“Due to an 18 year-old driving grandma‘s car plowing into my Mercedes-Benz, I was forced to utilize a Rent-A-Car while my car was in the shop for repairs.
I booked my vehicle with a representative by the name of Wyatt, who I believe was the office manager. Pick up was a very pleasant experience. From start to finish.
Several follow up calls were necessary to touch base and give enterprise status on repairs. Those follow up calls were just as professional as my initial visit.
Rebooking the car for another two weeks over the phone was with another man by the name of Wyatt, but not the manager. This particular Wyatt was just as professional, kind, courteous, and respectful.
Dropping off the car was just as easy and quick as pick up.
I could not be happier with this experience. Enterprise made a horrific nightmare, much more bearable due to their world class service and the fact the value of their customers.”

“I've been renting from Enterprise for over a year now. Mostly once a month sometimes more. I've never had a bad experience. Right now Jaydin and Alexis are my favorite people there. Always friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I can be a bit picky sometimes but they don't seem to mind. I like both of them very much. Both appear to be very hard workers”

“Excellent experience on a Memorial day. Main guy was calm, cool, collected and handled the rush, the grumpy customers, and everything else ...basically solo like a pro. Wow. He knew he stuff, ran the front like a well oiled machine. He deserves a promotion and raise 100%. Good talent for today's wages is hard to come by. Easy to check in, get the vehicle we needed (it's a car rental place, vehicle availability changes often- be happy you got a vehicle today and have some grace) complete the inspection and off we went. “I have to say, car rental agencies normally leave positive customer experiences much to want. However my experiences with this AVIS location have always been amazing! 10/10 The guy who runs the place is a true professional. He has gone out of his way to make sure I always have a ride even when they were overbooked. He has remained open for me later then the hours of operation to ensure I can pickup a vehicle. Amazing service and I will absolutely recommend this AVIS location to everyone!”
“This is a fantastic Avis neighborhood rental location. It's really convenient, very clean and doesn't have airport surcharges or airport hassles so the price is always the best, and so easy for pickup and drop off. Our family rents from this location several times a year and Richard (the manager) always goes out of his way to meet our special requests. Because we prefer to drive cars with better gas mileage, he secures a sedan for us (which is not easy) and has probably saved us hundreds of dollars in fuel costs over the years. We get such great customer service from this convenient location that we wouldn't consider renting anyplace else.”

“My new car got dented and I was so stressed about the entire process. Insurance paid for my rental but I was worried about extra out of pocket costs and the overall hassle of getting the car from the repair place which was in Belton. We were picked up, I dropped the car back at the repair place when it was over (thank you for not making me drive to Grandview!) And they called me to let me know everything was done and perfect and my deposit would be refunded. Dahlia (not sure if that's the correct spelling) was outstanding in her customer service. Thank you all!”

“I have used Enterprise rental my entire adult life. I love the idea they pick you up and take you home. In my area they take you home but i live close. ( If they only have one person they cant.) The Raytown Missouri location is quite friendly and fast check in and check out.”
