“I've rented from this Public Storage in the past, and needed more storage space so I went back to this location because I always have a good experience.
The property manager, Bobbie, goes above and beyond to help if a problem arises. I had trouble opening a door, and she responded immediately.
She had to walk all the way down to my unit to help. She pushed a cart full of tools in the hot sun.
Come on Public Storage, get her a golf cart or some sort of transportation to get around the property.
I felt sorry for her and offered to give her a ride, but she politely refused and pushed the cart back across the property. Thanks again Bobbie for your help.”

“Ive been with storage mart for about 2 years in total and havepretty much only done business with michael who was the property manager at the hub drive location, it sucks to say that he is no longer with storage mart, he was by far the best property manager ive ever delt with he was always super helpfull, nice and really fun to talk to when i would go in to make my payment. Aside from never having any problems with keeping my stuff at that storage place he was absolutley the only other reason i never went to another unit closer to home. I can only hope that we can get another property manager half as good as he was. I would and will recomend anyone who needs a unit to rent here.”

“I’ve had a unit with this company over a year now, the other day I had a all issue with my door, it’s probably something I caused by pulling it up too hard, so it wouldn’t open. Spoke with the person on duty Hannah, she went above and beyond and fixed it herself, was very polite when I told her about it and all around extremely helpful. Not sure if she is the manager there, if she isn’t then she definitely needs to be.

“Josh and Jonathan were a great team of movers. They were respectful of each large item they were moving for us. Everything was wrapped securely to protect it and to keep drawers and doors closed. “Superior Movers truly lived up to their name! They assisted us with relocating and setting up office cubicles that had been sitting in storage, and their professionalism was outstanding. I was especially impressed that the installers stayed late to wipe down and clean the dusty cubicles—going above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for use.
