I have rented in this facility for 14 months and it has always been clean and the staff helpful.
Dan called today Jan 24,2026 verifying that I had moved out and cleaned my old unit. Because of the snow and cold that was coming on Friday I got everything moved to my new unit and my old one is paid through Feb 1. Dan made sure my old unit had been canceled for payment due and the new unit was good for auto pay and my Homeowner insurance was in the file. I’ve always had professional service from the employees.

“I've rented from this Public Storage in the past, and needed more storage space so I went back to this location because I always have a good experience.
The property manager, Bobbie, goes above and beyond to help if a problem arises. I had trouble opening a door, and she responded immediately.
She had to walk all the way down to my unit to help. She pushed a cart full of tools in the hot sun.
Come on Public Storage, get her a golf cart or some sort of transportation to get around the property.
I felt sorry for her and offered to give her a ride, but she politely refused and pushed the cart back across the property. Thanks again Bobbie for your help.”

“I’ve had a unit with this company over a year now, the other day I had a all issue with my door, it’s probably something I caused by pulling it up too hard, so it wouldn’t open. Spoke with the person on duty Hannah, she went above and beyond and fixed it herself, was very polite when I told her about it and all around extremely helpful. Not sure if she is the manager there, if she isn’t then she definitely needs to be.

“Josh and Jonathan were a great team of movers. They were respectful of each large item they were moving for us. Everything was wrapped securely to protect it and to keep drawers and doors closed.
