Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”

I was feeling dejected after realizing I was unprepared for my return and was about to leave when Sharde' stepped in. She stopped me, asked what was wrong, and presented a clear solution. She wasn't just helpful; she was empathetic. She gave me a quiet space to complete my tasks and never rushed me, even as a sudden rush of customers came in.
The entire team handled the influx with remarkable efficiency and good humor. I overheard their interactions and was impressed by their quick, succinct knowledge of store policies and prices. We need some paperwork printed out and a Notary done. They were fast and efficient. We came in at the last minute and I woman Traci giving the notary was able to stay past 5:00 and help us every step of the way.”

“My local branch is great, but God forbid your freight goes through Midway. I ship NFG, and get 4 shipments per week on average, and my fish shipment was missed in Midway. There were 6 flights following the flight they missed that the order did not get on before getting on one that landed after they closed. When you ship NFG, this is supposed to be guaranteed or your don't pay. I called corporate in Texas and was told to kick rocks, they are not honoring this, as they don't have as many flights. What a joke! Any excuse to not live up to your obligation. Very frustrated with the way they treat customers.”

After panicking about the situation, which was done by another location, Ms McCline was able to help me.She assisted with calling a the Fed Ex number to get this straightened out. She also created me an account so if this ever happens again, it will be easier to resolve. Ms McCline is an asset to FedEx. Don’t know what I would have done if she hadn’t been working. Most of the people I called at FedEx for help were of no help. Thank you Ms McCline for being there for me?”

“Last night, I was assisted by Lavera and Jeff, and I just wanted to give them a kudos and shout out. A mistake was made where a shipment label was accidentally cancelled after it had already been picked up from the Dropbox. After contacting customer service, I was directed to visit the Earth City location in case they were able to assist. 30 minutes before closing, Lavera welcomed me, gathered the info she needed, and asked Jeff if it’s possible to find the package. Jeff worked a miracle, found my package and we were able to create a new shipment label to send off the package in time. I just wanted to publicly thank both Lavera and Jeff for being so helpful and calm. They turned a potentially challenging situation into an easily resolvable one. While I know this is not always possible, I wanted to thank them for their efforts.”
