As painful as this was, the staff at the Richmond Heights Banfield were wonderful. The intake person worked with me to keep the cost of this procedure down. The vet tech gave me a big hug just when I needed it most. She even cried when my cat was about to be put down. The staff at the Richmond Heights Banfield are wonderful. I highly recommend Banfield in general and this location in particular.”

“I love this place. My cat had maggots on him and I took him to the Brentwood er veg and sat there for almost 9 hours. Finally the vet (who really shouldn't be one) came and talked to us saying that it would be over a thousand dollars to sedate him and clear it out. So, we waited until morning to take him to the Normandy location and they looked at him and gave him some medicine (which was way cheaper here) and he's doing better. This place is top notch and would recommend coming here instead of the Brentwood er.”

“I took my twenty year old cat to Animal Eye Assistant for an ulcer on his eye at the recommendation of his regular vet, Dr Mark Lux. They were kind, compassionate, and extremely thorough. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to Walter in August. He had been to see the doctors at Animal Eye Associates twice, and I had to call to cancel a follow up appointment. The women who answered the phone was very kind. About a week after I called to cancel, I received a condolences card that was hand written with messages from the doctors and staff who had cared for my guy. My husband and I were so touched by the thoughtful gesture! Then, yesterday, we received a letter notifying us that they had donated in Walter's memory to a veterinary school!! Thanks to Animal Eye Associates for the unbelievable kindness and generosity!!”
