“Family Pet Hospital was one of my favorite vets to take my cats to, and I was so sad to lose them upon moving away from the St. Louis area.Dr. Collins was friendly and so good with both of my cats whenever they needed to go for annual checkups and vaccinations. She would help both animals feel at ease during their visits. If either cats had health issues or needed medications, setting up an appointment or requesting medicine was an easy phone call to the front desk. The doctor and technician we worked with were clearly very knowledgeable about reactive dogs and knew what to do to make her feel comfortable. “It's been over twelve years, I think it is easily time to update my review. To be honest, things really haven't changed that much, I still think Dr. Gardner is awesome and I like the fact that they also practice holistic medicine. The entire staff is passionate about what they do and you can see the love they have for their patients. I recently had a very sick boy and made frequent calls to their office and they had so much patience with me. In the end, I had to make the call and lead my boy across the Rainbow Bridge and they were so kind and showed so much compassion towards me.
