“Excellent. My wife's co- worker highly recommended them. Matt did great work on my daughter's car. Even added some plugs to it. I came in without mentioning my wife's previous business. I wanted to see how consistent his work is. Something was draining my battery (not the alternator). 1. He sat down and we walked thru what's going on and the possibilities (most mechanics take your keys and call say they'll call you). 2. He gave a realistic time frame. Said he'd start tomorrow afternoon but finished tomorrow afternoon. 3. Fixed the problem. Explained what he did and we talked about future work. The professionalism. The honesty. The value. That's what will keep me going back. But the little things. The added spark plugs to my daughter's car. The fact he acid washed my rims and took 5 years of wear and tear off of them. That stuff restores faith in mechanics.”

“This is the best car repair place ever!! They are always honest and I trust them 100%. For example, my son was told by the dealer that his car needed back brakes. I contacted JC and scheduled the appointment and they got him in really quick. I was worried about my son driving the car. When he takes it in, the mechanic looked at it after taking the wheel and wherever else off and he said, "his brakes look excellent!" I was ready to spend $300!
