“My wife and I were staying in town on the first leg of our road trip. Our car gave a low tire pressure alarm. I called LTS an hour before their closing time and the attendant immediately agreed to take a look at the tire. I drove in 5 minutes later and waited while they pulled screw out of the tire, patched it, and turned it back over to me just as they were closing for the night. I was very relieved and extremely pleased with the courteous, professional service!”

I wanted to see how consistent his work is. Something was draining my battery (not the alternator). 1. There they wanted $200 just to diagnose it. And then quoted me $800 for the service. I looked up parts and they cost $225 so I was gonna pay $600 in labor?? I called John (at Jac's) like I should have done in the first place and got quoted $415! I seriously won't ever cheat on Jac's again.”
