“Had to stay in town longer than expected due to Hurricane Milton at my next destination. After a reservation mixup at another car rental business, I was able to book a car within seconds online and pick it up within 15 minutes at Alamo. After my flight was canceled again, Alamo extended my rental a few more days without any problems at all. They had people checking in the vehicles when I arrived at 3:40am to drop off the car for an early flight. After such GREAT service, I won't be going anywhere else from now on!”
“Everything went extremely well with the car rental. A convenient shuttle bus transports you from the airport to the rental facility. We received an upgrade to a larger vehicle, which ended up costing us less. They weren't overly particular about every detail. We informed them of any initial dings or scrapes, and upon return, the staff was very friendly and efficient. We would definitely rent from this service again!”

“If we come back to St. Louis, we will rent from here again. The service was great, prices were very reasonable. The car wasn't cleaned very well but clean enough and we did a little cleaning also so we could see out the front window. It looked it like it had been cleaned with a dirty rag and not dried off. It's easy to find, right off the freeway, and no hassle in any way.”
