“Our experience with Alamo was far superior to Hertz in STL. The vehicle options were VW jetta, dodge charger and Chevy impala. They were clean and what we expected. The employees were friendly including the shuttle drivers. Would use Alamo again as their price was less than other rental companies and the vehicles were nicer than Hertz has too.”

“This location is very clean.The lady who checked me in was very welcoming and efficient. She was able to get me in and out in less than 20 mins (if that). The Bruick truck was also very clean with little to no damage.Upon my drop off return:I used the dropped off box which was quick and very convenient.Matthew was also a great help and provided me with the proper information when I called to inquiry about the check in on the vehicle I returned.”

“I have used this location twice and I would definitely use it in the future. When I picked up my vehicle I was only inside for 5 minutes at the most. I was put in a 2023 Corolla and I really enjoyed driving it. I did not want to go back to my older car! I was able to leave my rental at the dealership next door when picking up my car. This made the process extremely easy. I received a follow up call two days later for my contract to be wrapped up and my deposit processed. The employee, John, that I spoke to was very polite, friendly, and personable. He asked how I liked the Corolla and he was happy to hear how much I enjoyed it. I appreciated him asking me about the car I was put in and how my experience was getting my rental through them. Thank you, John, for your amazing customer service! Keep up the good work!”

“Easy to access, exceptionally clean cars, knowledgeable and helpful staff. It's a small location, but I've never had to wait for a car to be ready for pickup (like I have at other car rental agencies), and if you can work within their opening hours, you can get a very convenient rental. They have a dropbox for after-hours returns, and that has always worked well for me. I've rented from this location several times and will continue to do so.”

“The entire experience with the Budget staff was amazing. My shuttle driver from airport to rental site was friendly and quick. I was not fully aware of where I was supposed to go and accidently entered the preferred side. I apologized and asked where I needed to go. She was very kind and took my order. The car was ready as soon as I I finished with the rep. The car was clean, fuel efficient, and fun to drive. Lastly, the shuttle driver back to the airport was friendly and quick. Normally I would not say this in a review but this was a special trip for me....the rental experience truly added to a wonderful 3 days in St Louis.”

“Not a bad place. The only issue I had was the frequency of your shuttles at late night pickups. Having customers standing outside for 30 minutes isn't acceptable when other rental places rotate every 10 minutes. Also please clean the shuttle busses they smell like body odor.”
