He made sure we had the right local company for installation and even called me around 7 PM to let me know the movers don’t uninstall items, so they would remove the haul-away charge (and did so in less than 24 hours). He assured us that the local installers would take care of that for us, and they did without issue! We got a great price, excellent service, easy and fast installation, and it was the process I was hoping for.
We ordered on the 6th, had delivery on the 9th, and install on the 10th.
Once that was complete, we returned to buy a new microwave and toilet where we were offered help loading up our purchases.
