“Like most of the small, family owned, neighborhood hardware stores, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they'll have or can get some items you can't find anywhere else. We were doing a job that required four small railing post bases. We had tried the big box hardware stores, but they didn't stock these anymore. Schnarr's didn't have them in stock, but they found a source and got what we needed in just a few days.”

“This location was packed last week for the end of April... but they had beautiful flowers and a wide assortment of mulch. I prefer to go to the smaller floral shops for actual plants, but I needed to come here for peat moss that they didn't carry elsewhere. Although it was busy the self check out went relatively quick. Overall pleased with the experience.”
“Easy in and out. Don't have to walk a mile to get from one section to another. Salespeople are very knowledgeable and know where everything is, unlike the big box stores were the salespeople have no clue!”

“Our pool pump blew a nut and lost half our water in the process. I went to both the local pool stores to ask for help in replacing the part and neither of them could help. I tried Lowe's and struck out there, and went to Ace Hardware, and I should have went there first! They didn't have the part either, but because they have knowledgeable helpful people there they were able to find a workable solution to get us up and running. That is the difference by going to a local hardware store with folks who can and want to help you! Thank you so much for taking the time to figure out what we needed and a way to get it done! “I will only buy from Beaver Industrial Supply. After trying other companies there was always hoops to jump through. With Beaver, there are no follow up calls, or needing someone to be there to sign for the package. Plus...there's a free t-shirt.Just wish there was a store near me”

“The store is BIG and clean and it’s got a lot of things but you can’t find help to find anything unless you walk all the way back up front of the store and wait in line for the cashier to help you and then he doesn’t always know where anything is, I can recommend this place but hopefully you know exactly where to go in the store and the exact name of the items you’re looking for, otherwise you could walk miles back-and-forth because there is no one else to be had except the cashier.”

“Just Around The Corner Wood Floors made the experience so much easier. Wayne Brooks did an excellent job consulting and educating me about the process and dividing the work into two different sections so it would be the least disruptive in my life. Mark, David, Jake, Brian, Dave, Ryan, Todd, and Jacob all worked on the floors for many days. Some of the wood panels had to be replaced. The workers went above and beyond , even putting out food and water for my pets because they knew I wouldn’t be there in the early morning. I would definitely hire them for work in the future!”
“This location and the people working there are just fantastic! I'm a long time frequent shopper, and about 6 months ago I purchased a set of shop work lights, that unfortunately due to a design flaw are now defective. Since it is past TSC's 30 day return policy, the responsibility is on the manufacturer to honor the lifetime warranty. Well ACS, American Customer Service (the vendor responsible for warranty claims) would not honor the lifetime warranty. Luckily Joe at the High Ridge store stepped up and swapped them out at no cost. It was a pleasure talking with Joe, the store manager. He exemplifies what great customer service is. Thank you Joe!”
“I have been to the Fenton location many times and just wanted to say how helpful the employees are. I have been working on a kitchen for over a year, plans changed and there have been many bumps in the road, but Abby has been there to help me every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with any issues I am having. I orginally started with a different designer which is why I had some issues...I sure wish I would have had Abby from the start.And then there is Al! I have had the pleasure of speaking with him many times as well and he is always very friendly and willing to give me advise on whatever project I am doing.Great job on finding quality employees Hoods! We all know that is not the easiest thing to do in todays world.”
