“Starlings were running off my smaller birds so I went to the Backyard Bird Center to ask what I could do. They advised me that Starlings don't like safflower seeds because they have a hard time breaking the seed. I bought their safflower seeds, and I now see less Starlings because they can't find a seed they're interested in. Thank you!”

“Bogey and I are monthly regulars at the u wash in parkville. We were bumped to this location because the hot water heater was out in parkville. This location is spot on with the parkville location as far as ease of use and selection of treats. We really liked it here .”

“The U Wash is the best! With a big boy like Sammy, we love using the u-wash stations where we can bathe and dry him. All supplies are provided! Of course there are great treat and toy options available in the store for rewards after we're done!”

“Best pet store around! The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on any questions I had. The store is clean and all of the puppies are super sweet and ADORABLE. I worked with Giovanna and she was amazing! She was kind and gave me multiple tips and tricks of training my dog and cat that I have at home. I purchase all of my essentials here and utilize their free account system to get rewards and discounts on my items. Overall, this store is definitely my favorite pet shop in the NKC area and will continue to rave about it to my friends and family?”

“Stopped in to get cat food after our veterinarian appointment. Found out they didn't carry the food we have for our cat but they did have Science Diet and several other high-end cat foods. Everyone in the store at Major Mall was so helpful and polite. It was a nice place to stop by on the way home and see what they had available. 4 ? because they didn't have the brand we were looking for. Ohhh and they do dog ? grooming for a very reasonable price also.”
