“I felt inclined to come on here after witnessing a customer be unnecessarily rude to an employee. The woman was upset because an employee wasn’t helping her fast enough and he explained it was because she was on the phone and not paying attention. She didn’t like that answer and then continued to berate him. The male employee handled the incident way better than I would have and continued to be professional even when it was hard. Everyone in the store witnessed and apologized to the employee for her behavior! Just wanted to set the record straight before she or her husband comes on here playing the victim.”
“The empoyees are always super friendly and helpful. Since they have two self-help stations, the lines are usually short. If there is a line, it moves quickly. This is my go-to shipping location!”

I am a heavy mail customer, meaning I receive and send a lot of mail and packages both personally and on behalf of the City so I believe I am qualified to rate their service. On more than one occasion, my local carrier has straightened out and found miss-hipped packages from FEDEX, which is not uncommon around here. Always remember, it's easy to criticize when you don't understand the whole process.”

“Pro tip for this location: maybe try coming Saturdays?
The couple times I came here before, terrible experiences (no one was available way past opening time, employees unsure how to do their job, taking 30+ minutes to find a package, etc.) Previously would've been a 0/5 recommendation.
However, came here on a Saturday and was pretty surprised. Guys at the window were quick, friendly, and competent. Not sure if they've gotten new management or staff at the location, or this particular team on Saturday just has it together more.
The night and day difference is going to prompt me to plan on visiting on Saturdays in hope to keep receiving this same experience.”
