We were flipped off by an employee. The employee was older with grey hair and a grey beard. Came up to us with a rude attitude from the get go.

Avis unsafely put me in a 15 person van instead of the PRE-PAID SUV. And the van was almost down the 3/4 tank. They have failed to compensate me for the lost time swapping and extra cost to me to fill the van before return. Case 8943DC14. It’s been a week since I reported it to Customer Service.
