I've been with Great Southern Bank for over ten years. Never had a problem, and when I was scammed by a telemarketer, they made sure I got my money back. It was $1200, so, it's not a small thing.

When I pulled up to the drive thru I was the only car there and there was four people inside working and I waited for over 15 minutes in the drive thru and nobody helped for 15 mins
