“I LOVE ACE HARDWARE in general. They're more old-timey. They also have more of the one-off things I need all in one place. This particular location, is a step back in time and I adore it. The man who helped me today, bless me, I forgot his name, was super helpful and polite I got Great service! The prices were mid to just above mid, but for the convinience of nearly everything being under the same roof, located so close to home, it was well worth the lil extra. The big Orange and Blue guys walk ya 40 miles and don't have half of what you need, in favor of stocking about a billion things ya dont need. Felix, General Contractor & E Waste Recycler.”

“I love e Harbor Frieght! Most of my tools come from there. Not a professional, so top quality is not a concern, some of my tools only get used every couple of years. I have only ever had one problem with a tool, and they replaced it. I just went last week, first time they didn't have what I was looking for! Pretty good history!”

“This is an interesting business that appears to be a wholesaler with a retail presence.. They sell lots of fasteners and similar hardware. They do not carry plumbing supplies or other items that you might normally find in typical retail stores.”
“My condenser fan went out over the holidays. I’m absolutely not an HVAC guy and know very little. I spent hours looking online trying to find a replacement with no luck. When Johnston reopened I called and spoke with Chris. He was absolutely awesome. Not only did he find me the correct replacement in minutes, he took the time to answer all of my questions. The big kicker….they were as cheap or cheaper than I could order online. I can’t recommend them enough!”

“These guys treated me right and their prices are fair. I took my mower in for an oil change, blade sharpen and tire repair. It took a couple days longer than they expected because the tire was actually damaged beyond repair. I’m glad they fixed it right, rather than just trying to band-aid it. I’ll be back with my other mower and future service.”
“Stopped by Lowe’s recently, and it was a pretty good experience! I was picking up some supplies for a small DIY project—needed some wood, screws, and paint. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. They had plenty of options, and the prices were reasonable.
The staff was helpful too. One of the employees in the lumber section took the time to help me cut the wood to the exact size I needed, which saved me a lot of hassle. Checkout was quick, but I had to wait a few minutes to get assistance at the paint counter. That’s the only reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars. Overall, solid visit, and I’ll definitely be back when my next project rolls around! ???”
“We can’t say a Big Enough Thank You to Valorie and Monica for helping us getting cabinet and bathroom hardware, grab bars and a shower door when we ran into problems with our builder not getting them. They were very good to help me pick out what I needed that would go with what we had. They were very efficient on getting items in to their store and installed for us. Only wished we would used them to start with !! Highly recommend this business.”

“Had been a great experience last few times I've used them. This last time, I had a mower fixed by a local farm chain, worked two times after fixed. Took it to general rental center, they told me what got broken last time it was fixed. They fixed and held it for me till I got back from vacation never complaing. It works like a new mower.”
“Good honest staff. One of the managers even went out of her way to inform me of a special that was going on that I did not know about. It caused them more work and save me $134. I feel they went out of their way to take care of their customer. Thank you!”
“Good guys unload me quickly. One thing what I can’t understand. No public restroom and restroom only for employees. I take it like a challenge to make or find a restroom by myself on their property. So watch out for surprise when u walk.”
“Had to order a window with an unusual trim option. David worked exceptionally hard to locate the window I needed even reaching out the the manufacturer to ensure we ordered the right option. You do not get that kind of service anywhere else.”

“Shout out to Marcos! My motorcycle dropped a carburetor screw on the way there. After finding one in the store, I was unable to put it on, but Marcos offered to find a wrench for me, which he did, and helped me secure my carb back on, and the offered to get me a water to drink. Cycle started right up, and was able to be on my way. Every business should PRAY to find an employee like Marcos.”
“My experience is good last time I was there and I went and got a refrigerator but the employees with the appliance department so I asked the gentleman in the another department and he was helpful and I got my refrigerator thank you for the service”
“All the employees were very nice and very helpful. Went out of their way to try to help me. Got mig pliers, cap and gloves. Just didn't carry gloves and jackets in a small size in store. I will definitely be returning to this store for any other supplies I need in the future.”
