Home Outlet is a well-stocked business offering a wide selection of building supplies, including high-quality stock cabinetry made of plywood and solid wood. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, who assist with designing projects and making informed decisions. The customer service is highly praised, especially for staff members who are professional and attentive. While service is generally good, there can be occasional waits without acknowledgment, but staff efforts in communication and procurement are noted as positive, especially during supply challenges caused by Covid. Overall, Home Outlet provides better customer service and product options than big box stores, making it a reliable choice for construction and renovation needs.
