“Very nice place to get building supplies! Surprisingly very will stocked with lots of options. The sales staff is amazing! Very helpful and the helped to design our kitchen and told us exactly what we would be needing. By far better customer services that what we have received from of the local big box stores.”

“As expected, there is so little help available on the sales floor. This has become quite a normal thing for both of them and home depot. However I always appreciate the variety of products and options given once I am able to find the correct area.”

“Stopped by Lowe’s recently, and it was a pretty good experience! I was picking up some supplies for a small DIY project—needed some wood, screws, and paint. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. They had plenty of options, and the prices were reasonable.

The staff was helpful too. One of the employees in the lumber section took the time to help me cut the wood to the exact size I needed, which saved me a lot of hassle. Checkout was quick, but I had to wait a few minutes to get assistance at the paint counter. That’s the only reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars. Overall, solid visit, and I’ll definitely be back when my next project rolls around! ???”

“Super great! Dustin H was super helpful with all of our questions, he helped us get everything we needed! The best part is we stayed under our budget and got every appliance we needed plus some extra side stuff because we were so much under our budget! The rebate is a big plus, we spent money and will get money back for doing so. We rented a truck to get it all home in one trip which was super convenient! I can’t wait to use my new appliances, I am one happy wife!”

“We can’t say a Big Enough Thank You to Valorie and Monica for helping us getting cabinet and bathroom hardware, grab bars and a shower door when we ran into problems with our builder not getting them. They were very good to help me pick out what I needed that would go with what we had. They were very efficient on getting items in to their store and installed for us. Only wished we would used them to start with !! Highly recommend this business.”

“I loved Menards. I purchased an older home and have spent an ungodly amount of money there. Then ……. I found out what management was like. Warning ….buying stain at this location is hazardous to your health. I purchased a can of stain for my fence. I took it home used it. Tested the color and used the gallon. Went back to get two more cans. The gal who did it did not know how to make more. She had not put a label on the can. Al’s she used the wrong nase to create it. She used chestnut rather than a redwood. As they endeavored to match the stain, I went home and got a board off the fence and took it in for the match. Long story short and four trips later, I called management and talked to Cory. I asked what they were going to do to make this right. Nothing. As an amputee (which I told him), I told him it was hard enough to do it once. I wasn’t even offered a gallon of stain for the extra ones I had to buy. I ended up using 5 gallons of stain rather than 3. I couldn’t spray because the replacement was too light. I brushed on 3 coats to make it match the first can. It cost me a minimum of close to $100 more so far and the time involved has quadrupled. I’m still not done. They made the mistake. They caused the problem. Yet, I was treated as though I was the issue. The manager (Cory) had an uncaring, bite me attitude. I don’t know why I expected them to do something. With only 2 motorized wheelchairs in that store (the norm nationwide), they show their obvious attitude of not caring about their customers or handicapped clientele. So, if you are elderly, go to Home Depot. If you are an individual that has to have a motorized wheelchair, forget this store and go to Home Depot. If you are someone who cares about people and find yourself disgusted about this attitude, go to Home Depot. (I stopped going to Lowe’s because there are no checkouts at the exit area. They were short on cashiers. Looks like they all fled because there is no place for their return. Try setting in a wheelchair and check out boards. I was told I could go to the back of the store and they would checkout there. That’s what I want to do… go to the back of the store from the front. Check out. Then roll all the way back to the front of the store to go to the car … being stopped to make sure the items have been paid for by the person in the rear of the store). Idiocy wears me out. It did before I lost my leg. Now, it makes me want to hold my head and scream. I lost a leg …. Yes I did from a doctor surgery infection …. Yet I feel fortunate….. they lost their minds and heart. Obviously I don’t give them a star at all … much less five. I can’t change it but then they don’t have negative stars and they don’t deserve one.”
