“Stopped by Lowe’s recently, and it was a pretty good experience! I was picking up some supplies for a small DIY project—needed some wood, screws, and paint. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. They had plenty of options, and the prices were reasonable.
The staff was helpful too. One of the employees in the lumber section took the time to help me cut the wood to the exact size I needed, which saved me a lot of hassle. Checkout was quick, but I had to wait a few minutes to get assistance at the paint counter. That’s the only reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars. Overall, solid visit, and I’ll definitely be back when my next project rolls around! ???”
“We can’t say a Big Enough Thank You to Valorie and Monica for helping us getting cabinet and bathroom hardware, grab bars and a shower door when we ran into problems with our builder not getting them. They were very good to help me pick out what I needed that would go with what we had. They were very efficient on getting items in to their store and installed for us. Only wished we would used them to start with !! Highly recommend this business.”
“A huge shout out to Cody, JP, Lori and the entire crew who helped us today. Mr. Electric came in to use our rebates to purchase Christmas gifts for our employees. Cody took our 17 page list and started to work. He completed some special orders then divided our lists among a few employees. The AMAZING crew made quick work of pulling all the gifts selected by our employees. They organized the gifts by employee so we could check out each employee's wish list separately. To say the experience was fantastic is an understatement! Everyone went above and beyond to help us. Very helpful and the helped to design our kitchen and told us exactly what we would be needing. By far better customer services that what we have received from of the local big box stores.”
