“We are not local. I realize many of these poor reviews are due to the passport process. For someone just needed to use the basic Mehl services. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had to get in line twice and they were a joy to work with each time.”
“Not really sure why there are tons of negative reviews about any particular location. These locations are here to help you with packages that were unable to be delivered. I have a lot of these as I require my merchandise to be signed for. I don't necessarily love having to go to the Bennett location to pick up my mail but the people there are nice and they do the job I'm asking them to do. James is someone who always has a smile on his face, and always knows exactly where my package is.

“Heather and Louisa at the front counter deserve a HUGE SHOUT OUT!!! Someone in line for the front counter today, was obviously in a hurry and thought that her mailing/shipping needs were very important. She was rude to the person in front of her, huffing while in line, and then VERY rude to Heather when it was her turn.
Heather kept her cool and was very clear with with this impatient women what information was needed to assist her and what information she was legally allowed to give out.
I'm sure if you watch the surveillance video, you will be impressed as well.
