I came right at closing with an urgent predicament, and she was kind enough to devote several minutes of her time off the clock to helping me out. I recognize how difficult of a job working for the postal service can be and it would be an immediate priority to head straight home after a long day, but still, she was generous enough to help a stranger out. Much appreciation to Melba, and to her superiors, give her a raise or promotion! She deserves it.”
