About USPS Annex
USPS Annex is a location primarily for distribution and mail carrier training, rather than a full-service post office. It serves to help with packages that were unable to be delivered. Reviews note the people at the Bennett location are nice and do their job well, with staff described as polite, kind, and generous. Employees are recognized for looking for solutions, going above and beyond, and showing kindness and consideration, even during urgent situations or at closing time. Customers express appreciation for the helpful teammates and support staff behind the scenes. While some find it a weird place and note it is not for full service, others highlight efficient package pickups and thank the entire team for their work.

Took a while to get ahold of someone but the customer service was outstanding. Should have gotten the name of the man who helped me, he was absolutely lovely :)

I’ve been waiting seventeen days for a check to arrive and I’ve gotten everything but that. The dept of revenue sent it out nearly 3 weeks ago but I’ve received nothing!

Great place to listen to everyone's favorite ringing tone over and over again. I don't even know if a real person works here. Exhausting.
