They are great! When I came in i was greeted with a smile and a question of how I am doing? They were very helpful and got my items turned in very quickly. The line was long but moved very fast because it seemed like all of the staff new what they were doing! This is my favorite ups store.

Luis was fantastic!! He was very friendly. He knew exactly what I needed to do for my Amazon returns. Sometimes returns are a hassle, but he made it a very pleasant experience!
