“I really like Menard's, they have a lil' bit of everything & they are 1 of 2 places that carries my lil' dog's food & they are close to me. Their prices are fairly reasonable. Everytime I visit, I am always surprised at some of the items that they carry... It's also kind of nice not having to unload ur cart, the checker does it. I love ❤️ the selection of Watkins Seasonings & Spices that Menard's carries. They are 1 of few places that carry the variety that they do. I also love their Pet Food & Treats selection. It seems like everytime I visit Menard's, I find something that I was not looking for..I'm not sure if Menard's offers a Military Discount to Veterans?”

“Working with Saint Louis Closet Co. was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. From touring the gorgeous showroom to the custom install, everything exceeded my expectations. Amy was so helpful and answered all of my questions. I love my office wardrobe and I can’t wait to use Saint Louis Closet Co. again for future projects!”

“Price is right. Reminds me of Grandpa Pigeon's a little bit. Staff let's you browse without hassling you. Stock changes all the time. They have a small section for scratch and dent appliances and refrigerators. They also have bathtubs. I like Hoods.”

“We worked one on one with Jason on our new kitchen cabinets. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. He mapped out our whole kitchen on the computer, answered all of our questions without hesitation, and was overall very professional. The cabinets themselves were built in very good quality in my opinion. Real wood cabinets, not MDF that you get from the box stores. And reasonably priced with delivery to our house! Overall very pleased with our experience and will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to update their home.”

“What a great store! I needed help with a previously purchased orbital sander and an employee, Renalto, didn't hesitate to help me figure out how to operate the sander, turn it on and the correct sized sanding discs. I hope his manager recognizes him in an all store meeting. Thank you!”

“Love this place. The good thing and the bad thing are the same. It's so big. If your leg is hurting, you can't walk the whole thing, but it's great that they have everything.”

“Wanted to give a review for phillip at this st charles location, he went above and beyond to help me find what i needed. He said he had only been here a few days but management should be aware that this is an employee who already cares and was extremely helpful”

“I don't usually leave reviews but I was so impressed by one of the employees yesterday I had to. I was looking at doors and received some help from an employee by the name of King. He seemed to be working by himself and trying to assist multiple people. I was surprised by how helpful and kind he was despite how rude and demanding some customers were being. It's one of the things that I love about Menards...they hire great people.”

“07/28/2026... Excellent customer service! MILES, in Paint, went above & beyond. He reminded me to ask for bulk pricing. Nice man. Ms. V (VELMA), cashier, fetched a manager to help with paint pricing. Very patient and nice. ANTHONY, the manager, went extra mile, too, to satisfy my request. Very nice. They all saved me $32 on my paint! On top of that, great spirit in the store, with lots of smiling reps. Thank you! The only issue: Ms. V. reminded me about completing an online survey. The receipt does NOT reference a survey, but I tried to find it online. All i could find was an expired survey.”

“This review is for and about Angie in Tool Rental. My reservation was very messed up. Angie took care of me and made sure I was 1000% happy. This could have gone very poorly as I had reserved a truck to move my college daughter and it expired because the line was very long and they were very very busy on a Saturday morning. 10+ people in line. I’m so grateful for Angie’s quick thinking and willingness to make it right. Angie saved the day!”

“Ms Jackson out in gardening was so helpful today. I hope this review gets to her. I was waiting on a loader to load my car with a screwdriver and she said “let me see if I have one in my car” so we didn’t have to wait. That is going above and beyond for your customers, and I just wanted her to know that I appreciate her!”
