“We worked one on one with Jason on our new kitchen cabinets. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. He mapped out our whole kitchen on the computer, answered all of our questions without hesitation, and was overall very professional. The cabinets themselves were built in very good quality in my opinion. Real wood cabinets, not MDF that you get from the box stores. And reasonably priced with delivery to our house! Overall very pleased with our experience and will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to update their home.”
“I was shopping at the Home Depot in Manchester MO went my sugars dropped at the self check out. I would like to give thanks to Mary and Zach for assisting me. I didn't have my glucose tablets with me to bring up my sugar level. Mary got a sucker from another employee and Zach give me a sprite. Mary made me a seat to sit down and she kept checking on me. She would not allow me to leave the store until my a1c was over 70. I wanted management to know how appreciative I am of those two employees.”
“I'm a mobile mechanic. I was payed to drive 640 miles to partially redo a basement (for the first time) in 7 days time. This Home Depot was my "HQ"They had everything and I finished the job in 4 days. Owner payed me for double.”

“The staff are very kind and accommodating with their willingness to help though I would thoroughly check any lumber that you're purchasing as it is very hard to find a straight board nowadays. If you order ahead and request a pickup order then who knows what quality you will get. I had to go searching through numerous boards in order to find a small amount of straight or slightly curved manageable boards with a variety of sizes. The store is good but I am very upset with the quality of Wood nowadays. It is sad to say that you cannot find a straight board. The tool selection and everything else is good and fairly priced with a nice selection to choose from.”
“I feel obligated to make time to provide a stellar review for the young ladies of the Overland location. As a new business owner, life can be very stressful and sometimes the smallest things will send u over the edge. Well this would have been the case, but due to these lady’s exemplary display of stellar customer service, I was able to secure one small win that made a world of difference in my day.
Unable to make a purchase using my commercial card (due to not having it physically with me), the ladies in customer service Minetta and Tiffany went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of making me feel like a burden or bother, these ladies exercised a great deal of patience, empathy, and understanding. It’s sad to say that customer service is so none existent today, I find it surprising when I receive such good service. Because of this i’m compelled to give these women their flowers. They were able to eventually find a solution for me and ultimately resolved my issue. In general, the customer service at this location seems to be a priority. I started off in the check out line and the young lady assisting me was very polite and patient as well. She was a carmel color EXTREMELY petite, longer black hair, and easy on the eyes. I want to say she had a piercing somewhere on her face, but I could be wrong. She was a younger girl, but displayed maturity and professionalism throughout our interaction. This location is diligent in their efforts to provide a top tier experience and I am happy to say they helped me immensely that day. Based off my interaction, we move baby Olive Oyl to customer service as she has the demeanor, patience, and personality for it. We get Minetta and Tiffany in some sort of leadership role/position as they understand the big picture and have demonstrated their ability to exercise good judgement and provide stellar service. Thank u to the ladies of the OV location.”
“This is my favorite Menards location. They have awesome stuff. Best thing is they have a self playing piano on the 2rnd floor, but sometimes a guy us actually there playing it! He was playing Prince on a speaker, and playing piano along w it without even looking at sheet music! It was so, so cool. My son and I loved him and tipped him, next time I'll make sure to have more cash. Love their affordable plant selection also. And they have good snacks! We ❤️ you Meanrds!”

“had a great experience with Oh So in the paint department. I was standing there going through all of the colors completely undecided, and he came over and within two minutes helped me narrow everything down. He asked the right questions and quickly guided me to the perfect color.
He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Instead of rushing me, he made sure I felt confident about the choice and explained the different options in a way that was easy to understand.
Great customer service like that really stands out. If you need help in the paint department, I definitely recommend asking for Oh So. He made the whole experience quick, easy, and stress-free. I don’t know how he spells his name maybe it’s Oso, but to me, he is, Oh So handsome, Oh So kind and Oh So smoove!”

“I really like Menard's, they have a lil' bit of everything & they are 1 of 2 places that carries my lil' dog's food & they are close to me.
Their prices are fairly reasonable.
Everytime I visit, I am always surprised at some of the items that they carry... It's also kind of nice not having to unload ur cart, the checker does it.
I love ❤️ the selection of Watkins Seasonings & Spices that Menard's carries. They are 1 of few places that carry the variety that they do. I also love their Pet Food & Treats selection. It seems like everytime I visit Menard's, I find something that I was not looking for..I'm not sure if Menard's offers a Military Discount to Veterans?”
