“Felt compelled to leave a review bc I came in looking for a saw being told it would be very expensive by others. Got here, a nice lady explained to me that I would need a bow saw even tho I was clearly over exolaining and she was still very patient with me. Got what I needed. It was literally 10$. I am easily taking care of these weeds that became trees now. A 600$ task that I got help to get the right tool for 10$. Si thank you.”

“Beginner woodworker here. Let me start by saying I was kind of nervous going into the store because I’ve been to niche stores that are not very approachable towards beginners because of the knowledge gap. Luckily that was the exact opposite experience I had when I visited. Thomas helped me out, answered all my questions, help me select all the right tools and seemed genuinely and deeply interesting in woodworking. As a result my experience benefited because of he was extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable and funny during our interaction. I can’t wait to go back and get more toys.”

We greatly appreciate their personal assistance in finding just the right product for little DIY jobs at home, and we're especially happy that they have stocked a large variety of high quality spring flowers the last couple of years. Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”

“I went to Harbor Freight store -Chippewa Store: I am a business owner and I frequent the store...today was the 1st time I ever had a issue. I purchased two car jacks that were on sale the cashier was very nice, she told the manager that she needed them and he told her that they were heavy why didn't I grab them? He paused for a while 3 to 5 minutes then he went to the back and put both jacks on a dolly...he bought it to the register and just left it there...he did not help me, put them in the truck he just walked away....He was not friendly or helpful and he was very rude...I don't know why but his actions, made me never want to come in your stores again...I loaded my jacks myself and I left..Time 9:30 am 04-20-26”
“Beyer Lumber has furnished the wood for my deck project and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the wood. The contractor used commented on the high quality of the lumber against the box stores. The wood was a much better quality so I would highly recommend getting wood materials from them.”

“I had bought a package of the plastic ties for some use outside. Though it was cool, it was nowhere cold. As I started to work the plastic ties, I went through 10 straps breaking 5. I didn’t know if they were old from the farm supply store or a bad batch. I wrote an email which they responded very quickly to and apologized and replaced the ties with a few more for my inconvenience. What a great company and attitude!! Very rarely do you get to deal with companies like this! This has made me a true supporter of their products!”

“I really like Menard's, they have a lil' bit of everything & they are 1 of 2 places that carries my lil' dog's food & they are close to me.
Their prices are fairly reasonable.
Everytime I visit, I am always surprised at some of the items that they carry... It's also kind of nice not having to unload ur cart, the checker does it.
I love ❤️ the selection of Watkins Seasonings & Spices that Menard's carries. They are 1 of few places that carry the variety that they do. I also love their Pet Food & Treats selection. It seems like everytime I visit Menard's, I find something that I was not looking for..I'm not sure if Menard's offers a Military Discount to Veterans?”
