We found the washer and dryer we wanted and the service was great. They even offered to deliver to our new home the day we close. Exceptional service highly recommend”

“Mike and Julie are amazing and made my buying experience so enjoyable. Julie demonstrated everything about the Sebo vacuum that I bought and now love. I had initially purchased a Sebo vacuum on Amazon and realize that I could not register it for the warranty. So I returned it to Amazon and found this store and I’m so glad I did. I subsequently broke my hip on vacation and now am the proud owner of a lighter weight, cordless Miele tri flex with excellent service again from Mike and Julie. Their prices are competitive with Amazon but the value they add makes it an easy decision!!! I like to buy vacuums that last a long time and I’m so happy to have these 2 new ones to use for many years to come.”

“If you ever need to rent an appliance. Please try them out. My fiance got a washer and dryer from them and it's great. They have quality appliances for your buck and it wont hurt your wallet or bank. Weekly, bi- weekly and monthly options on payments. But dont just take me word for it. Go see for yourself. “I was shopping at the Home Depot in Manchester MO went my sugars dropped at the self check out. I would like to give thanks to Mary and Zach for assisting me. I didn't have my glucose tablets with me to bring up my sugar level. Mary got a sucker from another employee and Zach give me a sprite. Mary made me a seat to sit down and she kept checking on me. She would not allow me to leave the store until my a1c was over 70. I wanted management to know how appreciative I am of those two employees.”

“Timothy was pleasant and thorough with his diagnosis of the problem with my furnace, however I still have no heat due to what Timothy wrote in his report. The fact that I am a new homeowner with this property, him telling them that the furnace was dirty and maintenance on the furnace is part of the issue.
I told him that I had nothing to do with the maintenance of the furnace due do the fact that I just purchased the house was not put in the report. Now it seems that my home warranty plan that I purchased at closing is not going to pay for the repairs based on Timothy's findings. So at this point I am still without heat in my home. Timothy should have disclosed the conversation that he and I had regarding the fact that the maintenance had nothing to do with me, the new homeowner. I had already disclosed with Choice Home Warranty that I was the new owner and they had to honor that, and any repairs for the furnace doesn't fall on me. The issue was already in the home before I purchased it and it passed inspection.”

“The staff are very kind and accommodating with their willingness to help though I would thoroughly check any lumber that you're purchasing as it is very hard to find a straight board nowadays. If you order ahead and request a pickup order then who knows what quality you will get. I had to go searching through numerous boards in order to find a small amount of straight or slightly curved manageable boards with a variety of sizes. The store is good but I am very upset with the quality of Wood nowadays. It is sad to say that you cannot find a straight board. The tool selection and everything else is good and fairly priced with a nice selection to choose from.”

“Yesterday I went into Home Depot and I must admit I walked in with an attitude air went out a friend recommended I go find this item called attic air just for temporary solution until air is repaired and I had the pleasure of getting an assistant by the name of kash and when I say I had to humble myself and be pleasant because of the energy that this young lady gave off was completely amazing. She helped me find my item took me to it and helped load them in my cart any other associate would have just pointed in the direction and left u to fin for yourself. They also have a nice vegetable section as well! Don't forget you can get your lawn care needs, and all types of power tools and wonderful things for the home!”
“This location was packed last week for the end of April... but they had beautiful flowers and a wide assortment of mulch. I prefer to go to the smaller floral shops for actual plants, but I needed to come here for peat moss that they didn't carry elsewhere. Although it was busy the self check out went relatively quick. Overall pleased with the experience.”
