“This store supports their employees!! A very loud customer was berating an employee working in the kitchen by saying “Are you lost?!” while she was trying to remake an order from a few hours ago (and was cold…I’m sure there was more to the story). The said employee working the kitchen stood her ground while dealing with him; she kept her cool, and handled the situation very well. The manager on duty addressed the situation and asked the loud guest a question about his experience. I was not able to hear everything that transpired, but I saw a refund was being issued to the loud guest. Sometimes it’s better to take a hit for the business and stand up for the people who are doing the work. I was so happy to see the MOD stand by his coworker. They will always have my business.”

Gas prices are usually competitive in the area considering there are no nearby locations to compete with. The inside is always clean and usually fully stocked. “I come to country club car wash pretty regularly. They usually do a decent job. It's no full interior detail but for $20 it's definitely worth the price. Today was even better than it usually is. There were 2 men who cleaned the interior of my car. One in a red polo and one in a navy polo. They truly went above and beyond the usual quick interior wipe down and my car looks and smells soooo good because of it! Great job!!!”

“We are from out of town, looking for something quick to east for breakfast. McDonald's was closed. We decided to stop at QT to see if they had something we could eat. To our surprise they had plenty top choose from and it was very good. But the greatest surprise was how friendly the entire staff was. In a time when good customer service is rare what a pleasure it was to encounter not just associates that do their job but go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful.
