“I had trouble finding where to go for uhaul storage. I was able to talk with a lovely lady that came out to help us and assisted us with removing our auto transport. From moving our things into the storage unit to returning the Uhaul, it was probably the less stressful part of our move. It was so appreciated, customer service was on point.”
“This location is very professional and goes out of their way to be helpful. My rental was on an exceptionally cold day in February (below 0F) and she got the van warmed up before I got there. She also helped when I noticed the mileage out was recorded wrong and explained how to submit the error through the texted link Uhaul sends. I rent 4-5 times a year and have some pretty bad experiences with other locations in the past. I have never had a problem here and would highly recommend them.”

“First time using UHaul. Liked the convenience of being able to transport our stuff myself. Easy sign in process through the app. The truck was empty of windshield wiper fluid and I would have benefited from another small mirror on my passenger side like the drivers side had. Overall decent experience and would do it again.”

“Owner is nice but I don’t think he understands how important it is to replenish his items I’ve seen propened bags of chips , old rellos tobacco and when I tell him about It because I go there often he doesn’t quite understands but I always help him to politely, other than that he’s a great guy and the store is amazing. Store just closes earlier than expected on some days or when he wants so before coming call the store or go down the street, the only red flag about this store is the hours of operation isn’t guaranteed. Example Sunday they open at 11am they will more than likely open at 12pm.. Monday -Friday 11am to 5pm is really the time”

“Rented a storage unit and bought moving materials from U-Haul at Kingshighway. The facilities are older, but the unit worked for my needs at reasonable price.
Each step of the way, desk staffers Kaley & Ciara were unfailingly polite, supportive and helpful. Moving is always a stressful and anxiety-inducing experience, but these ladies' interactions and transactions helped make buying supplies and storing my boxes more pleasant. I hope U-Haul values the contributions these two make to the customer experience!

“Theo saved the day. We had a moving company take our money and run. We needed to be out of the state and the company stopped answering. We called Theo in a panic, he hooked us up with a trailer and everything we needed to get on the road. He saw the day we were having and cut us a deal. I can't say how thankful I am for Theo and his wonderful staff.”

“Everything was perfect, but it just didn’t have cruise control on 15ft maybe that was how it designed or it might had that I didn’t see. 15h drive without cruise control was something else lol. And I felt that steering wheel was little bit crooked might need alignment other than that everything was perfect I highly recommend U-Haul that’s the only place I reserve from!”

“This location is doing the best they can with what they can get from corporate. Many of their issues are beyond their control. Corporate Budget/Avis need to get it together and support their contract locations better. They need to get all locations (especially the busy ones) the trucks and cars when requested, stop making excuses and stop sending all cars to the airport or to Chesterfield Airport. Corporate doesn’t play fair they play favorites, they need to realize how hard everyone is working for them! Their computer systems are beyond antiquated and it’s not the individual locations fault. The Avis/Budget computers don’t even communicate with each other. The steps they have to go through to rent customers cars is ridiculous and has nothing to do with the people behind the counter, it’s all corporate. How do I know this??? I rent cars every week and unfortunately Avis/Budget is our preferred vendor. It’s the same everywhere!”
