“I got into a car accident back in August and insurance was set to pay for it. Unfortunately they are a busy shop so I wasn't able to get an appointment until October. Which was fine because drove around until my appointment. They quoted me 2 weeks and it was ready in that time.... they accidentally texted me that it be another week but they cleared that up quickly by explaining within minutes that it was a mistake. They are nice and update you constantly. My car looked STUNNING when I picked it up.... also bonus they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. It took some time BUT THIS PLACE IS A HUNDRED PERCENT WORTH IT!!! Will recommend them to everyone i meet. I usually hate autobody shops but this place blew me away!”

Every single person I’ve dealt with, at any location I’ve been to (mostly in the South County/St. Louis County areas) has been so friendly. “I called about getting a car less than 1 hr before close on a Friday and then had to walk 15 minutes to get there before they closed. Logan helped me and was very professional, courteous and kind and arranged me a good car for what I needed. He explained all costs and rules clearly and sent me on my way. I rented for a week but returned a day early. Again, Logan was there and was very kind and friendly. I was refunded for the day I didn't use and received my deposit back promptly. Would recommend!”
“I was traveling through Chattanooga when I got a flat tire. AAA put on my doughnut tire and drove to Firestone on Market St. Bret got me in right away and I decided it was time to get all new tires. I was very happy with the service.”
“I had a good experience with this location! The car was as expected at the price I booked it for. I was allowed to park my car there during my trip which was a huge relief.
Some things to note: They will charge you a fee for using your debit card and they do not have apple pay. That's the only reason I did not give 5 stars.
The other reviews have noted that the front desk attendent was rude, this was NOT the case for me. By no means was she the friendliest person in the world but she did the job quickly and with no fuss - which I appreciated. I would rent from here again but perhaps would be sure to bring my credit card.”

“I rented from the stl airport location and my experience was extremely pleasing. My flight delayed by several hours so I got into stl in the early morning at about 3 or 4 am. The agent was accommodating and very nice.”
