“Great work by the St. Louis office. Budget gave our reservation away and offered us a truck that cubed the same but would not fit a queen size mattress. Your folks went over and above to get my daughter and I a truck on walk in notice, in the deluge, Biblical levels of rain, and they should all get commendations for the effort to get us on the road with a truck we could use. WELL DONE ST. LOUIS BY THE BALL PARK!!”

We called Theo in a panic, he hooked us up with a trailer and everything we needed to get on the road. He saw the day we were having and cut us a deal. I can't say how thankful I am for Theo and his wonderful staff.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lemay
2529 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis MO 63125
“The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Chuck’s installation work was clean, professional, and fast. I had installed the hitch myself and ended up having to manually re-thread one of the mounting points while lying in my driveway. I also tried installing a universal wiring harness, but couldn’t get it working correctly. Chuck quickly removed my failed setup and installed the correct wiring harness in less than an hour. Everything works perfectly now. Any future hitch or wiring installs I need will go straight to Chuck. Highly recommended.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage On The Hill
2101 S Kingshighway Blvd, St. Louis MO 63110
“I've rented from this location a few times each year for many years. The personnel are always efficient, polite and friendly. The trucks are clean and in good condition. On this particular occasion, I accidentally left my cell phone in the truck - obviously the U-Haul staff couldn't call me, but when I went back to the store, they had my phone in hand and were waiting for me to show up. I absolutely recommend this U-Haul in particular to my family and friends.”

The only regret i have is I didn’t get the name of the great helpful lady at the front desk to mention her by name and thank her for being so nice, efficient and absolutely amazing. I will be back next summer and for some long holidays. Emanuel selassie.”

The truck worked great and exactly how he said it would. When I returned it after the rental office had closed, I asked a guy in the service shop what I should do with it. He kindly offered to take care of everything and park it for me. Really impressed with the whole experience.”

“Rented a storage unit and bought moving materials from U-Haul at Kingshighway. The facilities are older, but the unit worked for my needs at reasonable price. Each step of the way, desk staffers Kaley & Ciara were unfailingly polite, supportive and helpful. Moving is always a stressful and anxiety-inducing experience, but these ladies' interactions and transactions helped make buying supplies and storing my boxes more pleasant. I hope U-Haul values the contributions these two make to the customer experience! Highly recommend! :)”
